PMP3074B Firmware Upgrade SOP

Caution:
 The firmware upgrading may destroy your data of PMP3074B, please back up your data
before upgrading.

 Download the new PMP3074B

firmware, unpack it and check the
image name should be update.img.

 Select update.img and right click, then

click on Properties.
 Check the Read-only attribute are
unselected, then click on Ok to close
the box.

 Connect your PMP3074B device with

PC via USB cable, then copy the file
update.img to the root of your device.

 Unplug the USB cable, a “Firmware

Updating” dialog box should pop up,
click on Install.

 “Recovery system…” should be shown

in the screen of your device, wait for
few minutes, then the device will auto
reboot when the upgrading is
successful
