Task: Make 4 questions and the answers.

1. Which leadership style is best applied in school or in the company ?

The democratic leadership style is the best applied in school. The purpose is
various activities and termination of problems as a result of joint deliberations.
Communication that happens is reciprocal. Supervision of subordinates is carried out
fairly without intimidating elements but still works. What's more, there are many
opportunities for subordinates to convey suggestions, considerations, opinions, and
also a sense of mutual trust and respect.

2. Explain one of the leadership styles of the teacher in the field of study during school!

Bureaucratic leadership style is the most influential teacher in the field of

study during school. Why? by this leadership style it is rule-oriented. Players make
rules based on rules without threats. All activities are centered on the leader and
several other people to create and act. As well as clear legal provisions if there are no
assignments that are in accordance with predetermined performance standards.

3. What is the advantge and disadvantage of autocratic leadership style?

Advantages :
 Decisions can be taken quickly because of the absolute right of the leader.
 An authoritarian leader is assertive, so that if a subordinate has a wrong, the
leader will reprimand.
 Leaders easily monitor their members.

Disadvantages:
  The condition is stiff, gripping and frightening because of the rude behavior
of the leader.
 Generating hostility and complaints because subordinates do not feel
comfortable.
 Subordinates will feel depressed because if there is a difference of opinion,
the leader will regard it as defiance and cunning.
 Creativity from subordinates is minimal because there is no opportunity to
submit opinions.
 Easy to cause opposition because of excessive leader domination.
 Discipline that occurs as if because of fear and punishment even dismissal
from the leader.
 Supervision of the leader is only controlling, whether the order given is
carried out properly by its members.

4. What is the advantage and disadvantage of democratic leadership style?

Advantages :
 The relationship between leaders and subordinates is harmonious and not rigid.
 Decisions and wisdom are taken through discussion so that subordinates will feel
valued and their roles are needed.
 Develop creative mind from subordinates because they can submit opinions and
suggestions.
 Subordinates will feel confident and comfortable so that they can release their best
abilities to complete their tasks.
 Subordinates will feel excited because they feel cared for.
 It is not easy to be born in the opposition camp because leaders and subordinates are
in one way.

Disadvantage:

 The decision-making process will take a long time because it is taken in consultation.
 The difficulty in achieving consensus because everyone's opinion is clearly different.
 Will trigger conflict if the decision is not appropriate and if the ego of each member is
high.
