Description Reinforcement pad is a vehicle body panel stiffener based on epoxy and PVC Resin. This
sheet-formed product covered with glass fiber is to be cured in E.D. coat process, especially
7 times strengthened body panel enables thin steel use as a vehicle body panel.

Application method

1) Wipe out rust preventive oil in the body panel

2) Detach release paper and apply to the panel
3) Cure in the E.D. coat oven
4) In winter times (below 15deg.C), 1 or 2 hrs. hot room (30~35℃) strong is
recommended for better tackiness

Storing condition
Storing temperature 5 ~ 25 deg.C
Shelf life 1 month after production

Direct ray of the sun and hot temperature shall be avoided during storing to avoid
initial tackiness. Be sure to follow FIFO process

Packaging

Shape and dimension is to be varied on application area

(Standard thickness: 1.5 mm)

Appropriate protective materials (gloves, masks, protective goggles, etc)

should be used during product application (refer to product MSDS)
