INTRODUCTION:

Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs,
and habits. Educational methods include storytelling, discussion, teaching, training, and directed
research. Education frequently takes place under the guidance of educators, but learners may also
educate themselves. Education can take place in formal or informal settings and any experience that has
a formative effect on the way one thinks, feels, or acts may be considered educational. The
methodology of teaching is called pedagogy. Education is commonly divided formally into such stages as
preschool or kindergarten, primary school, secondary school and then college, university, or
apprenticeship. A right to education has been recognized by some governments and the United Nations.
In most regions, education is compulsory up to a certain age. Now a days every Person is studying and
learning some skills. But I think all educational Institutions can provide a theoretical knowledge than
practical knowledge. Only few Institutions can give a practical knowledge. Very few persons can grow up
their skills and successes their life. Those who are lack of practical knowledge they didn't get the
opportunities they lose their hopes. So, what I am saying is please provide a Formal education occurs in
a structured environment whose explicit purpose is teaching students. Usually, formal education takes
place in a school environment with classrooms of multiple students learning together with a trained,
certified teacher of the subject.

OUTLOOK:

Seeing teachers radically change a persons life.

Motivation:

As a teacher and second parent of the students, they will be the one who encourage them and lift them
up.I remember what my dad told me during his highschool years it was tough, he came from a broken
famliy, feel rejected and lot of insecurities . But one thing makes him admire his teacher Sir Borek
everytime my dad wants to sleep during His class sir Borek will inform the class “O wag kayong maingay
matutulog si parfan ha “ but you know what, every quizzes and test my dad surpass them all that’s the
power of “ SOMEONE BELIEVES IN YOU OR SOMEONE IS VOUCHING FOR YOU “ that’s what Sir Borek did
to my dad. From that day my dad learned to accept himself and learned to ride the waves of life.
