Proper fixing of pin & lock plate on both ends of B.W.Chute hydraulic cylinders (Gap found between groove

of pin & lock plate)
6 Cotter pins to be fixed for B.W.Chute hyd. cylinder arrangement
Bolts of Boom conv. belt tension Hyd. cylinder arrangement to be changed. (At present, bolts of smaller

length fixed.)
Op-Cabin Power Pack support structure bolts to be changed & fully torqued. ( At present, bolts of smaller

length fixed)
9 Fixing of bolts pending in Boom conv. walkway frame (Both sides of boom)
10 Cleaning & painting of Op-Cabin support structure (Drw 1310-POS 2)
Bolts torquing of Op-Cabin access staircase frame. Present bolts to be checked & changed. (At present,

bolts of smaller length fixed.)
12 Alignment & Bolting of Walkway frame on top of boom conveyor.
13 Boom tie connecting point on boom to be cleaned & painted. (on both sides of the boom)
14 Boom conveyor walkway access frame bolts have rusted. Those need to be changed.
Boom conveyor walkway frame joint alignment to be checked & bolt torquing to be done. Bolting for the

same pending at mast end.
16 Bolting to be done for Bucket wheel walkway frame.
17 Boom conveyor lifting hook point to be cleaned & painted. (on both sides of boom)
18 Boom to Mast bottom access staircase ( 3 Steps) frame bolts to be checked.
19 Bottom of boom cross bracing rod supports bolts to be checked ( near mast end).
20 Tripper chute (Boom conveyor side) Skirt board supports bolts to be fixed.
21 Tripper-boom conv. bypass chute frame bolting bolt torqueing to be checked.
22 Mast-boom conveyor connecting pin lock plates to be tightened.
23 Slew portal bottom side to be grinded and painted
24 Balance bolts to be fitted in slew chute and beam arrangement.
25 Slew drive bolts torquing
26 Drive pulley frame bolts to be changed as it got rusted.
27 Access for slew platform bolting to be done.
28 Boom conv.pivot side flap gate greasing to be done.
29 Tripper upper and lower chute assembly bolting to be checked.
30 Tripper top chute alignment to be done.
31 Tripper(drg 1000-pos 8,9,10) bolting joint to be checked.
32 Tripper support structure(drg 1000- pos 20,21) bolting to be checked(on both sides of tripper)
33 Tripper top end - bottom side bracing bolts missing.
34 Tripper bend pulley maintenance platform - 100% erection not completed. (near monkey ladder)

36 Bolting in E-house platform cross bracings to be checked.
37 CRD & HRD structure bolts to be changed as per drwg specs.
