includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and

2 Earth work in back filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in As per approved drawing
layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by
layer complete.

3 Filling in foundation by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed As per approved drawing and / or Site condition
and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming
complete including the cost of supply of sand.

4 Construction of Levelling course in foundation with M-15 grade concrete As per approved drawing
including ramming to the proper compaction
5 Construction of RCC footing, Plinth Beam, Column, Beam, Lintel, Slab, chajjas As per approved drawing
of Grade M-25 all complete including labour,reinforcement cutting, binding
and fixing, shuttering, scaffolding staging as required.

6 200 mm. thick Brick work with 1st Class Clay Bricks set in cement sand mortar In Outer Wall as per approved drawing
(1:6) including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc. complete in all
respect.

7 100 mm. thick brick work with 1st Class Clay Bricks set in cement sand mortar In Inner Wall as per approved drawing
(1:4) with mesh netting made with 18 B.W.G. galvanised wire including raking
out joints, curing, scaffolding etc. complete in all respect.

8 Plaster to Outer wall with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or 15 mm thick plaster with 1:6 cement mortar
chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating,
nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary.

9 Plaster to Inner wall with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or 12 mm thick plaster with 1:6 cement mortar
chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating,
nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary.

10 Plaster to Column, Beam, Ceiling with sand and cement mortar including 10 mm thick plaster with 1:4 cement mortar
rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including
throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary.

12 Providing waterproofing treatment over concrete roof surface by the 20 mm thick Roof treatment as per approved
application of two coats of slurry prepared with latex of approved brand, drawing / specification
water and cement in the proportion of (LP.W. Cement - 1:4:6) by volume, with
brush in a time gap of minimum 4(four) hours to 14(fourteen)hours between
the two layers, laying 20mm thick sand and cement consolidated plaster (1:4)
admixed with Plastocrete Super of approved brand 0.2% by weight of cement,
the top surface of the treatment should be chequered to provide the antistrip
property.

13 Wood work in door frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a Sal Siliguri - For 5 Nos. Doors
protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame exluding cost of
concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.S clamps. Wood work in door and window
frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of
painting at the contact surface of the frame including concrete, Iron Butt
Hinges and M.S clamps.

14 Providing 40mm thick Wooden flush doors shutters (Solid core type) with Ply 4 Nos. Doors 2100 x 900 as per Drawing and
wood face panels fixed with wooden frame with clamps, hinges all complete specification and 1 No. 2100 x 1200 at main
entrance

15 Providing Collapsible gate at main entracnce in addition to flush door fixing 1 No. 2100 x 1200 at Main Entrance as per drawing
with clamps, hinges all complete and specification
16 Providing Steel windows (4mm thick fully glazed) fixed with M.S frame with 8 Nos. Windows of size 1200 x 1500
clamps, hinges etc. all complete
