Sandwich Families

Being a very filial society, many Malaysians still prefer to take care of their aged parents or ageing
relatives themselves, instead of sending them to old folk’s homes. The term sandwich family means
the working generation is sandwich in between the older retired generation and the younger school-
going generation. A substantial amount of life insurance is needed to cover the working generation
