With the following conditions,
1. The following dog is owned by the Seller

2. The Seller sells and the Costumer buys the dog described in item 1, in known conditions
3. The Seller shows the certificate of origin to the Customer at the signature of the contract. And the
Seller accepts responsibility for the authenticity of the data contained by the document.
4. The Costumer states that the dog is bought as
- Hobby dog
- Sport dog
- Show dog
(the appropriate should be underlined)
5. The Customer states that the Seller informed him about the natural risk of buying the dog (puppy)
for shows and breeding, as the puppy could develop in a disadvantageous way, that in the future it
will be unsuitable for the planned purposes. The Customer is aware of this information, while signs
the contract.
The Customer disregards later claims taking into consideration the above written facts (including
later developing and detected deficiencies in beauty and illnesses). As far as the Seller knows the
dog leaves her in normal and healthy conditions. The Seller does not accept responsibility for the
later changes and later developing illnesses. Exceptions are those illnesses that are detected by

the vet after the hand over of the dog, but unambiguously should have been existed before the hand
over at the Seller, as well.

6. The Seller states that the dog got the following vaccination until the day of the hand over,

The seller gives the Pet Passport, including vaccination list and proof, to the Customer at the
dog hand over, and the Seller informs the Customer that all responsibility of proper vaccination is
her in the future.
The Seller states that the dog had Echinococcus treatment at the following dates before the
signature of the contract.

7. The Seller posts to the Customer the Export Pedigree.
The ownership change is registered at the Hungarian Kennel Club.
8. The Customer paid ……..Euro to the Seller as a deposit. The rest of the price should be paid to
the Seller until: ................ Before the payment of the full price the dog is owned by the Seller.

9. At the payment of the full price the Seller hands over the referred dog with the listed documents
and agrees to register the ownership change.
10. If the Customer does not fulfil his payment obligation within the given time frame –see item 8-,
the Seller has right to withdraw the selling. In this case the Customer looses the amount of the
deposit. Or the Seller has right to count interest for the late payment.
11. If the Seller has received the full price and does not hand over the dog, than the Customer has
right to withdraw from contract and the Seller has to pay back the double of the deposit to the
Customer.
12. The parties agreed if the subject of this contract dies before the payment of the full price, nobody
is responsible for the frustration of the contract. And therefore in this case the seller just pays back
the single amount of the received deposit.
13. Other negotiations:
For the referred dog the Seller provides 1 year guarantee, as follows:
 Health guarantee as written in item 5,
 In case of bad performance the Breeder states that receiving the written proof of the vet
that the dog had congenital illness or birth defect and the result of these died, the Breeder
pays back the half of the price within 90 days to the Customer. In that case the pedigree
should be attached to the vet certificate. The guarantee will be valid in this case.
14. The Customer agrees to keep the dog according to the current animal welfare act for the
animals’ protection and according to the rules of the Responsible Animal Owners. The Customer
ensures the dog’s appropriate space for movement (it is forbidden to chain up the dog or to keep
the dog permanently in a kennel! –if the dog is kept temporary, for a short time, in a kennel, the size

of the kennel should be minimum 5x5 meters-). The Customer ensures the dog regular veterinary
control. If the dog is lost, the Costumer should inform the Seller and if it happens in Hungary the
Mudi Rescue if it happens abroad the local dog rescue alliance immediately or at least within 24
hours.

15. The Customer agrees and ensures opportunity to the Seller to visit or meet the dog after date
discussion within 6 month after the handover to check the appropriate keeping of the dog. In the
interest of this the Customer undertakes to inform the Seller if his contact details are changed.

16. If this contract is not followed or animal laws are broken, then the Seller keeps the right to buy
back the dog at 50% of the purchase price.

17. The Seller keeps the right of pre-emption for the 50% of the original price if the Customer wants
to sell the dog in the future to a 3rd party. The Customer cannot sell the dog for commercial purposes.

18. If a breeding is planned the Customer must seek the breeder's approval. The Seller has the
right to veto the breeding upon review of the pedigree and photos of the breeding pair.

19. The Seller excludes any interbreed “cross-breeding”. If the Customer plans and does an
interbreed “cross-breeding” the Seller has legal right to claim damages of 5,000 Euros for breach of
this contract.

20. The parties have read the statements of this contract, they understood and agree to follow it,
and they signed it before witnesses.

Please follow the recommendations of the Addendum of the Contract!

The guarantee is valid only if you keep the recommendations.
