Internal email from John Murn with handwritten date of 6 August 2004 received under FOI stating

“She did go to the Ombudsman at some stage and they declined to go further with her complaints”.

Internal email received under FOI by Magda Pollack the person against whom allegations were made
indicating that the Ombudsman has decided NOT TO investigate them in response to complaints.

Internal email from David Wasson received under FOI below advising that the Ombudsman will
decline my appeal in strenuous terms.
Email from Magda Pollack one of the main persons the allegations have been made against to
Upaporn stating that the Ombudsman has investigated the matter and that I have been deemed a
vexatious correspondent.
Copy of letter forwarded to us by Ombudsman that was provided to him by the DET this letter was
not on letterhead, was not dated or signed. It was also never received but us. It had the exact same
reference number and referred to the exact same letter as a letter that we had received from the
Minister for Education dated 4 August 2003 wherein Mr Refshauge ordered an investigation as
noted in the email above by John Murn.

This letter also states that my concerns were investigated by the NSW Ombudsman.

The letter received by us below from Minister for Education at the time Mr Refshauge dated 4
August 2003 ordering an investigation. This letter has the same reference number and refers to the
same letter as the unsigned, undated and not on letterhead one provided to us by the Ombudsman
above.

Guess which letter the Ombudsman’s office decided was the legitimate one?

When I contacted them to ask what the meaning of particular conduct was I was advised it was the
type of allegations that I was making.

The new Federal ICAC will work so those alleged to be responsible can just present their version of
events and that will be accepted on face value and then present that the matter has been
investigated.

It is yet another layer of cover up and a stamp to seal the cover up for ever.
