VALIDATION FOR THE SY 2015-2017

1. This Office, through the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD)-
School Management, Monitoring and Evaluation shall conduct Validation on
SBM Level of Practices for the SY 2015-2017 for both Public Elementary
and Secondary on the following schedule:

2. The Division School Based Management (SBM) Validation for the SY 2015-2017
aims to validate the Self-Assessment on SBM Level of Practice for the SY 2015-
2017; and to strengthen the SBM Practice and re-emphasize the centrality of
the learners and the involvement of relevant community basic education
delivery.

3. The validation will focus on D-O-D Analysis (discussion, observation and


document analysis) of the Four (4) Principles of SBM namely: Leadership
(30%), Curriculum and Learning (30%), Accountability (25%) and Resource
Management (15%).
