SUBJECT: CORRECTIONS FOR COMPUTER NUMBER ALLOTMENT APPLICATION

[REF: TEMPORARY NUMBER P-T2018/1578]

Respected Sir/Ma’am,

Please refer to the temporary number P-T2018/1578 assigned to me for flight crew
computer number allotment application.

This is to submit additional documents which were missed by me. I request you to
kindly consider the application and supporting documents contained in this envelope
as a complete set instead of the set speed posted by me on 19/11/2018.

The documents added in this set are the required:

1. Class X Board Verification duly attested by gazetted officer

2. Class XII Board Verification duly attested by gazetted officer

I would also like to call your attention to the class XII marks in my application, wherein
the marks consider five subjects: English, Physics, Mathematics, Biology, Painting.

For technical reasons all of these were not getting reflected in the online application.
The present set includes all five amounting to my class XII Final Percentage as 81.8%.
The inconvenience is highly regretted. Awaiting your positive reply.
