I have made a research on this diet plan after watching his video and writing this
for all people who cannot understand Telugu.

I have followed this diet and lost 3 kgs in 5 days.

Our body functions on 2 types of metabolism 1) Carbs based metabolism & 2)fat
based metabolism.

Since our childhood, our body is functioning on Carbs based metabolism, so his
plan is to convert the carbs based metabolism into complete fat based
metabolism. So he gives a diet plan which no carbs and only diet based on
proteins and fats.

People can follow this diet for as many days they want. The fat lose, depends on
person to person so the days of the plan differs. No fruit juices or fruits to be
consumed in this diet.( vitamins & minerals are compensated with multivitamin
tablets)

The Diet Programs.

He explains the diet in 4 pillars model

1) Fat diet

2) Water(4 liters daily)

3)lemons(3 per day)

4)multi vitamin tablets(1 – 2 per day)

Fat Diet

Coming to the fat diet he suggests 6 fat based food which has to be consumed
70-100 grams daily directly. Only one of fats has to be consumed. The quantity
to be correctly measured (make note of this). Only this foods to be taken.

The fat foods are

1)Coconut oil

2)Ghee

3)Clear Butter

4)cheese above curd(malai)

5)Butter(Amul Butter or Vijaya Butter)

6)Olive Oil

So many people said that they could see better results with coconut oil. But it is
completely your option to choose the fats.

2) Water

It is compulsory to intake 4 liters of water daily. By the end of the day you should
make sure to take 4 liters of water.

3)Lemons

3 lemons to be consumed daily as per the diet plan. You can in take the lemons
mixed with butter milk, hot water, …

4)Multivitamin Tablets

In this diet as we are not consuming any fruits and proteins. It is must to take
vitamin tablets. If you have planned for a 1 meal plan make sure to take 2
multivitamins tablets daily. And for 2 meal plan talk 1 multi vitamin tablet is
enough. You can purchase vitamin tablets from near by medical shops.( eg -
Zincovit)

Other items you can intake

In this diet you can also consume 0-6 eggs daily. Can take nuts like almond,
walnuts..

Again the diet can be of 2 types solid meal diet and liquid diet plan.

If you are of more obesity you can follow the liquid diet(soup based diet, butter
milk, (no coconut water)). For people with target of loosing less weight they
better follow solid diet.

Amazing program. I know at least a dozen people following it along with me.

I know people who had finished this program about an year ago and are still
maintaining their low fat levels.

I have been following this diet and tried to summarize everything on my


blog/website. There is a lot of science behind every aspect of the program. It is
mainly a very precise & fine tuned version of the theories of Dr. Eric Berg & Dr.
Jason Fung.

Yes it works.

This is my day 12 and and according to the scale, i have lost about 11 lbs.. i am on
a one meal , and eat every night. I am a diabetic and i have stopped my meds on
the first day and see a definite improvement.. although my fasting sugar levels
are fluctuating and not exactly where i want them to be, but evening/post
prandial are very good.. i will get complete blood test in two weeks and will post
the findings..

Most importantly, I am feeling good. There is no hunger or craving/drop in


energy levels, so this diet can be sustained easily for months. People started
noticing the difference in looks without you having to tell them you lost weight
:), but i know its too early.. The most important goal for me is not weight but to
burn the stubborn belly fat and i m seeing improvements .

It will be great if people who are on this diet share their experiences.

Hats off to Veeramachineni for sharing his experiences with such conviction..


After watching his videos, I have watched several other videos from doctors to
confirm it works..and it does in my personal experience so far.

For people who are not familiar with him (since all his videos are in regional

I have followed the diet personally in 2016 and lost almost 15 kgs. It definitely
works. Everything Veeramachaneni Rama Krishna Sir was saying is correct.

And, do note that it is not anything new that he designed. The Ketogenic diet
plan was developed in the 1930’s in the USA specifically for extremely obese
patients.

It is simply a program where you trick your body to burn the stored fat by
starving it from carbohydrates.

If combined with Intermittent Fasting, you’ll see more rapid weight loss results.

Yes …few of my friends are following the diet. And my friend’s mother (53 years)
with diabetes is following the diet from last 6 days and lost 4 Kgs and her sugar
levels came down. My friend aged 36 years(female) lost 5 Kgs in 7 days. In this
program, there are 2 types of diets, Diet with solid food and Diet with liquid
food. If you had already tried different diets in the past, its better to start with
liquid diet, and if it is your first time dieting, you can start with solid diet. But
before that, I recommend you should watch the complete video of his diet plan.

In the diet plan, he recommended nuts like walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin
seeds etc. You can get these products from Nutriwish . And all the remaining
items you can get at any near by super market.
