Deltoid Biceps Brachii Triceps Brachii Subscapularis Infraspinatus Coracobrachialis Anconeus Otot tapak tangan juga terlibat dalam aktiviti teh tarik: Flexor Pollicis Brevis Flexor Digiti Minimi Flexor Pollicis Brevis Abductor Digiti Minimi Namakan otot-otot yang terlibat dalam acara lumba kereta (memandu kereta yang tidak mempunyai power steering). 1. Trapezius Elevates, adducts, and depresses scapula. 2. Sternocleidomastoid Rotates the head to opposite side, extends head, and flexes vertebral column. 3. Supraspinatus Control the movement of the shoulder and upper arm. 4. Infraspinatus Externally rotate the arm and stabilize the shoulder joint. 5. Biceps Brachii Flexes radius and humerus, and supinates forearm. 6. Brachialis A muscle in the upper arm that flexes the elbow joint. 7. Brachioradialis A muscle of the forearm that acts to flex the forearm at the elbow. 8. Triceps brachii The large muscle on the back of the upper limb of many vertebrates, which is the muscle principally responsible for extension of the elbow joint (straightening of the arm). 9. Anconeus muscle Abducts the ulna and stabilizes the elbow joint. 10. Supinator Help the biceps brachii perform movements such as turning the hand in such a position that the palm is facing upward. 11. Pronator Teres Serves to pronate the forearm (turning it so that the palm faces posteriorly (when the body is in the anatomical position)). 12. Pronator quadratus Acts to pronate (turn so the palm faces downwards) the hand. 13. Flexor Carpi Radialis Abducts the hand. This means that the flexor carpi radialis muscle bends the wrist sideways such that the thumb side of the hand moves toward the forearm. 14. Flexor Carpi Ulnaris This means that the flexor carpi ulnaris muscle bends the wrist sideways such that the little finger side of the hand moves toward the forearm. 15. Extensor Carpi Ulnaris Extension and ulnar deviation of the Wrist along with other muscles which extend the wrist and ulnarly deviate the wrist and extends the small finger carpometacarpal joint. 16. Extensor DigitorumCommunis Extend the phalanges and, by continued action, the wrist. 17. Extensor Carpi RadialisBrevis Extends toes. 18. Flexor Digitorum Superficialis Flexes fingers and wrist. 19. Extensor Pollicis Longus Extends thumb. 20. Flexor Pollicis Longus Flexes thumb and wrist. 21. Extensor Carpi Radialis Longus Extends and abducts hand. 22. Biceps Femoris Extends femur and flexes leg. 23. Rectus Femoris Extends tibia and flexes femur. 24. Gastrocnemius Flexes tibia and plantar; flexor foot. 25. Tibialis Posterior Adducts and inverts foot and aids in plantar flexion. 26. Tibialis Anterior Dorsiflexes and inverts foot. 27. Abductor Pollicis Brevis Abducts thumb and aids inn flexion. 28. Flexor Digiti Minimi Flexes fifth digit.
