If you fail to pay any of the amounts set out above by the due date then we’ll be entitled to cancel
this arrangement with you immediately. If we do cancel this arrangement due to your default then

so it’s important that you keep up with your repayments.

Please note that this payment plan is only in relation to your current outstanding balance stated
above and therefore you must also continue pay any future invoices you receive for your supply by
their due dates. This letter shall not constitute a waiver of, and is without prejudice to, any other
rights or remedies that we may have in respect of the sums you owe to us (whether currently
outstanding or in the future).

In order for us to implement this payment plan you must sign and return a copy of this letter
within 5 days as confirmation of your agreement to the contents. .
