00:02 do you know I'm going into 57 years of 00:08 studying Napoleon Hills work it's helped 00:11 me build a company that operates all 00:12 over the world we work with some of the 00:15 largest companies in the world and it's 00:17 all on personal growth and the one thing 00:21 that stands out my mind above everything 00:23 else is that no one can even guess at 00:26 what you and I are capable of doing now 00:29 I want you to think about that for a few 00:30 minutes that's a very big idea I teach a 00:35 lot in fact we run seminars frequently 00:38 done in Los Angeles on shifting a 00:41 paradigm the paradigm shift see a 00:44 paradigm is a program in our 00:46 subconscious mind gets built genetically 00:49 and then environmentally its genetic 00:52 that's why we look like our relatives 00:54 and then it's environmental it's the 00:58 environment were born into and we 01:00 literally become programmed now we're 01:03 programmed before the age of three or 01:06 four or five the program is built and 01:08 you know with most people it never 01:10 changes 01:11 see everyone knows how to do a better 01:14 job than they're doing the problem is 01:17 they don't know why they're not doing it 01:19 school teaches us to gather information 01:22 and we gather at all in our conscious 01:24 mind periodically they come along and 01:28 they give us a test and we write the 01:30 exam or the test if we get enough 01:34 answers right we pass if we don't we 01:36 fail well the truth is that you can 01:40 remember everything and pass a hundred 01:43 percent that doesn't mean your life is 01:46 going to improve people leave school 01:49 they've got the degrees they've got all 01:52 the information but they're not using it 01:55 they're not doing what they know how to 01:58 do and this puzzles them it causes 02:02 respectable amount of frustration to see 02:05 the paradigm is in the subconscious mind 02:08 it controls our behavior we could have 02:10 all kinds of beautiful information but 02:13 we're not 02:13 and I know the paradigm is both good and 02:17 bad it's not all bad part of its good 02:19 some of what we've got in there 02:21 programmed in there is very good we're 02:23 programmed to live by a calendar year 02:27 now you can you can start your year any 02:31 time if you have a business you can make 02:34 your fiscal year from July 15th 02:37 till the next July 14th that's the way 02:42 business operates 02:43 but we're programmed to live by calendar 02:46 year January the 1st just around the 02:50 corner now what are you gonna do through 02:56 2018 you're capable of doing phenomenal 03:01 things but isn't it strange people start 03:04 out with big ideas and boom something 03:07 happens and they crush now I carry a 03:10 gold card in my pocket ok I write the 03:16 goal on the card and so I know exactly 03:18 what I'm gonna do next year I've got 03:21 mine all planned I'm gonna come out the 03:24 gate like a rocket on January 1 I have 03:27 no intentions of taking it easy for the 03:30 first couple of weeks sort of having a 03:32 rest 03:33 I want the year to start like a rocket 03:37 and then I want it to grow now if that's 03:40 what I want that's what I can have if I 03:43 follow certain rules so you not only 03:47 have to mark down what you want then 03:50 there's another trick people say you've 03:54 got to manage your time and that's where 03:56 they run into a real roadblock you see 03:59 time cannot be managed you cannot manage 04:02 your time well we write things down and 04:05 we buy time management programs in fact 04:09 many many years ago I Maitland and I I 04:12 was having lunch with her late yell and 04:14 I asked him I said her oh how did you 04:16 become such a master of time management 04:18 he looked at me and he said what are you 04:19 talking about he said time can't be 04:22 managed we can only manage activities 04:25 what are you gonna do with 2:18 04:29 to see we're capable of doing so much 04:32 more than we do it's a decision that's 04:36 all of this a decision I want to 04:39 recommend between now and January 1 you 04:42 sit down with your pen and you say if I 04:46 give this everything I got what could I 04:49 do next year what can I do in the first 04:52 quarter the second quarter the third in 04:55 the fourth quarter and make each quarter 04:58 bigger than the previous one and you 05:01 will have a phenomenal year because 05:04 that's what it works that's the way I 05:06 work you can do the same thing so I want 05:10 you to think you know we've got 05:12 phenomenal information you go on YouTube 05:14 look at any of our videos and start 05:16 watching them expand your mind just to 05:19 expand your mind 05:20 forget about what you've got think of 05:24 what you would like to have see god 05:27 blessed you with more talent and ability 05:29 than you'll ever hope to use in your 05:30 lifetime your gift to God is to develop 05:33 as much of that talent and ability as 05:34 you can in this lifetime you've got a 05:38 great opportunity the years right around 05:41 the corner now we've got an action sheet 05:44 if you want it we've got a good action 05:46 sheet laid out for you just leave your 05:48 email just hit the button and leave your 05:50 email address and we'll send it to you 05:53 we follow a particular plan and Bing 05:57 away we go and we will not let the 06:00 paradigm stop us 06:01 I want to suggest you do exactly the 06:03 same thing this is great information but 06:06 it's only as good as you make it 06:09 now without any formal education without 06:13 any business the experience I've been 06:14 fortunate enough to be able to come to a 06:16 table where operates all over the world 06:18 and millions and hours I know that if I 06:21 can do it you can do it it's a matter of 06:23 sitting down writing it down to say I'm 06:26 gonna do it so hit the button hit the 06:30 button leave your address you'll be glad 06:33 you did
