Probable Cause
“Mobile Time Entry” Role has not been added to the responsibility (or) “Mobile
Time Entry” Menu is missing.
Resolution
Add the “Mobile Time Entry” role to the responsibility and “Mobile Time Entry”
menu as a submenu to the associated responsibility.
Please refer to the white paper available in MOS Doc ID 1671889.1 for more
details.
Timecard period does not match your setup. You must delete this timecard.
Probable Cause
User's SS timecard period was changed after a timecard was pending in Draft
status in the device.
Resolution
Delete the timecard in Draft status, logout and log in to continue working.
Resolution
Time entries entered on mobile are saved in “Draft” status which is not
visible to time store. Submit the Timecard in mobile device to view the
time entries in self service.
Resolution
The Total hours data is not automatically refreshed, refresh the page by
swiping down to get the latest data.
Timecard and Timecard Details page shows different total hour values.
Resolution
Data corruption issue, delete the timecard and recreate.
Timecard list shows hours, but details page shows empty timecard
Resolution
Might be a temporary caching issue, try again by logging out and
logging in. If issue persist delete the timecard and recreate it.

Sign out from the application and sign in again.

This is an ADFmf issue, we are working with them for a fix. Close the
app from the list of open apps and try again
