Note: Students desirous to take the ResoFAST Test Center (for YCCPs) other than Kota; are advised to submit the filled-in Application Form at the

If the Application Form is received after the due date; the student may not get the center of his/her choice. In such a case, the student will have to appear

How to send your completed Application Form?
The envelope containing Application Form, Acknowledgment Card & Mark Sheets must be sent by Registered Post/Speed Post/Courier to Kota Office
so that it reaches us on or before the last date. The form can be submitted at any of the Study Centres (Kota, Jaipur, Bhopal, Delhi, Lucknow, Nagpur,
Kolkata, Mumbai, Udaipur, Ahmedabad, Patna, Jodhpur, Bhubaneswar, Indore, Agra, Nanded, Ranchi, Allahabad, Aurangabad, Jabalpur, Raipur,
Gwalior, Vadodara, Chandrapur, Gandhinagar, Surat, Nashik, Rajkot) if it is being submitted In -person at the institute. If the submission of form is being
made by Post then it should be sent to the Corporate Office at Kota only.

The admit card will be available ONLY through our website. You can log on to our website (www.resonance.ac.in) to download your admit card by
following process given below:

l Now go to the admission page of ResoFAST 2019
l Now click on "Download Admit Card"
l Enter your Form No. and your date of birth (as mentioned in our application form).
Note: Students need to take a printout their Admit Card, paste their latest passport size photograph in the Admit Card and carry the Admit Card to their
test venue on the scheduled ResoFAST Test date.
What, If you are unable to download Admit Card ?
If you are unable to download your Admit Card (3-days before the scheduled test), do not be worried at all. Just Type RESO<space>Form
No.<space>Admit Card and send to 56677 in a case where you still do not receive your admit card details. You just have to reach the Test Centre

Note:
n Resonance reserves the right to add/delete any new/existing Test Centre. In such a case; the affected students shall be communicated one week
before the Test Day.
n A Test Centre once opted, shall not be changed. However, in exceptional cases, a written request one week before the Test Day may be
considered.
n In exceptional situation, Resonance reserves the right to change the Test Centre of any student. For that, the student shall be informed one week
before the Test Day.
n The details of the venue for ResoFAST-2019 shall be communicated through Admit Card.
n The institute shall provide the Test paper along with answer sheet. The answer sheet will be ORS (Objective Response Sheet) type. A student has
to darken the corresponding bubble for the correct answer with the help of HB pencil only. You can see the Sample Papers Booklet for Specimen
Copy of ORS Sheet as reference.
n There will be no negative marking.
VERY IMPORTANT : One may encounter several people (at Selection Test Venue/ Mess/ Hotel /Restaurant) offering admission in RESONANCE in spite
of student's failure/below par (less than the qualifying mark) performance in the Selection Test. The students/parents are advised not to take any sort of
help from such people. If student is found guilty for taking help from these people; his/her admission may be cancelled at any stage during the academic
session. We may also lodge a First Information Report (FIR) in the nearest Police Station against the student and his/her parents. The student/parents
themselves will be responsible for consequences emerging in future for taking such help.
Result of ResoFAST- 2019
n The result of Selection Test will be declared according to the schedule given in Academic Calendar.
n The result will be available only on our website www.resonance.ac.in. It will not be communicated through institute's Notice Board or on phone or in
writing from the institute.
n We only declare App. Form/Roll Number of the selected students. Individual Marks, Highest Marks, Lowest Marks and Cut-off Marks shall not be
declared.
n The institute reserves the right to change / clarify / correct the result in case of any ambiguity/ misrepresentation / misinterpretation.

ResoFAST: Terms & Conditions
n It is mandatory for a student to buy the ResoFAST: 2019 Admission Packet & register for advance admission in Resonance for academic session 2019-
20 in all the courses offered as above.
n To confirm the Admission in Courses offered through ResoFAST; the deposition of minimum but 'non-refundable' Advance Registration Fee (ARF)
is mandatory for a student.
n This 'Advance Registration Fee (ARF)' is ` 25,000 for JEE (Main+Advanced) & ` 20,000 for JEE (Main) & AIIMS/ NEET. This ARF amount is inclusive
of all applicable taxes.
n The 'Advance Registration Fee (ARF)' amount does not include Caution Money (Rs. 2000/-).
n For Students who are depositing the fees in 2 or more installments, it is mandatory for them to submit a Post Dated Cheque (PDC) for the installments at
the time of depositing the 1st Installment.
n A student can avail additional fee benefits in course fee by depositing the One Year's Course Fee (First instalment, Full Fee) and/or Two Years' Course
Fee (in Case of two year courses) on or before the prescribed dates (as per the schedule).
n A student appeared in ResoFAST and have taken admission in Resonance in YCCPs as stated earlier; shall not be allowed to appear in ResoNET [for JEE
(Main+Advanced) / JEE (Main) / AIIMS/ NEET YCCPs] on the basis of same enrolment No. & his/her course fee shall not be transferred to any other
course. If the student is still desirous to appear in ResoNET; he/she may do so by buying a new Admission Packet for ResoNET by paying requisite fee &
applying for refund from the YCCP admitted through ResoFAST. The refund shall be granted only as per rules. In this case, scholarships & other benefits
offered through ResoFAST will not remain applicable & will be withdrawn. If the student is desirous to appear in ResoNET [for JEE (Main+Advanced)/
JEE (Main) / AIIMS/ NEET YCCPs] he/she may do so by buying a new Admission Packet for Academic Session 2019-20 by paying requisite fee.
n The performance of a student in ResoFAST & ResoNET are independent & the performance linked scholarships of both the tests cannot be linked and are
non-transferable.
n There will be no transfer of Course/Medium/Study Centre in case of admission through ResoFAST. If any transfer of Course/Medium/Study Centre is
still required then it will be done by depositing requisite fee and in such case all the benefits availed through ResoFAST will stand void, the fee will be
refunded as per Refund Rules and the student will have to take a fresh admission through ResoNET.
n The student will have to deposit the self attested photocopies of marksheet of IX, X, XI or XII class and competitive examinations (as applicable) within
15 days of declaration of Result.
n Decision regarding Scholarships, Fee Benefits, Due Dates of Fee Deposition, Course/Medium/Study Centre Transfer etc. are discretionary rights of
Institute's Management.

n Although the Total Course Fee is payable only in Two Instalments (I & II). The I-Instalment & II-Instalment shall be 60% & 40% respectively of the Total Course Fee
[first instalment shall be calculated after deducting Advance Registration Fee (in case those who want to confirm the admission by depositing the Advance

n For Students who are depositing the fees in 2 or more installments, it is mandatory for them to submit a Post Dated Cheque (PDC) for the remaining installments at
the time of depositing the 1st Installment.
n There are provisions to deposit course fee after due date. Please refer to ResoFAST Guide (Resonance Information Booklet) page no. 19.
n The Rates of GST are as decided by Govt. of India and are subject to revision. Hence, the rate/amount of GST may increase/ decrease or any other tax may be
introduced in future. The Institute shall pass on the effect of change (increase/ decrease/ intro of new tax) in these rates to students/parents, if any change is
announced by the Govt. of India. The students shall be informed at appropriate time about the same as and when the Govt. of India announces the change.

General: The Course Fee should be paid to Resonance Eduventures Limited. All the students who have been declared qualified in Resonance Forward Admission & Scholarship Test
(ResoFAST-2019) can deposit their Course Fee for the Academic Session 2019-2020 through the following ways:

n The student will have to submit the original copy of Bank Challan 'Student's Copy for Institute' at the time of admission.The final responsibility of communicating
the information of fee deposition to the institute lies with the students only.
n Students must ensure that at the time of submission of the challan's copy to the institute, Branch Code and Journal Number must be mentioned on it. The Journal
number would be issued by the Bank.
n The student should preserve the original copy of Reso Receipt of fee deposition throughout the academic session. The student may be asked to produce it as and when

(B) Through DD/Pay Order:
n The course fee can be deposited through a Demand Draft or Pay Order made in favour of “Resonance Eduventures Limited” and payable at the respective Study
Centre of Resonance where the student wish to enroll for the course. The DD can be deposited in person at any of the Study Centers of Resonance.
n The student must write his/her Name, Father's Name, Course and Application Form No. on the Back of DD/ Pay order while depositing course fee.
n If the student is sending the DD through post then it should be sent to Kota office by Registered Post /Courier immediately so that it reaches us on or before the last
date of fee deposition.

For the convenience of the parents/students, keeping in view the time and hassles involved in depositing fee, Resonance has made specific arrangement as regards
opting the most convenient option for the payment/deposit of fee which are explained hereunder:
(1) Online payment through payment gateway: using (i) Net Banking, or (ii) Debit card, or (iii) Credit card :- You need to go to the link "Pay fee online" on our website
“www.resonance.ac.in".
(2) Through NEFT mode: This can be done opting any one of the following two ways:
(I) Using your computer : Like any other payments you make using net banking through NEFT, the fee payable to Resonance Eduventures Limited can also be paid in the
similar way following two steps – (a) Creating 'Resonance Eduventures Limited (IFSC Code - UTIB0CCH274) as beneficiary, and (b) transacting the payment to

(3) By swiping the Credit/Debit Card: Fee can be paid by swiping the credit/ debit card on the POS machines at the respective centre of Resonance. You are
supposed to bring the one of the ID proofs of the Card Holder at the time of swiping of card such as PAN card, Driving License, Voters card, or Aadhar Card.

Important Information for Students (II-Installment Deposition)

For students depositing course fee of Resonance Yearlong Classroom Contact Programs (YCCPs) in installments i.e. I & II, have to deposit the II-Installment through Post Dated
Cheques (PDC) at the time of admission i.e. deposition of I-Installment. The PDC is to be drawn in favour of “RESONANCE EDUVENTURES LIMITED”. The PDC should be deposited in
the envelope (Envelope for deposition of PDC) given in the Admission Packet. Please read the following cases properly:

Note: Students making lump sum deposition of course fee, no need of any PDC.

Students failing to deposit the amount of II-Installment in advance through PDC at the time of admission would be stopped from continuing in the regular classes after that particular
date or would be given refund. The refund shall be applicable as per the standard refund policy of Resonance as mentioned in the ResoGuide.

Important Note for Students & Parents


A student applied/appeared for ResoFAST for a particular date and declared successful (with/without scholarship); he/she will have to deposit the
fee as per the date schedule attached to that particular ResoFAST Date only. A student shall not be allowed any flexibility in shifting/postponing the
date of ResoFAST once he has applied or extending the fee deposition once he/she has been declared successful with/without scholarship.
A student's application for ResoFAST is date-bound. Once the date of ResoFAST & its related schedule is over; all benefits attached to this particular
date of ResoFAST shall be ceased.
A student can apply/appear in ResoFAST for only one date with one Admission Packet. For applying/appearing for another date of ResoFAST; one has
to buy a fresh/another admission packet of ResoFAST by paying the requisite fee.

Important Note for Parents


You are requested, please do not handover the fee in cash to any person outside the institute. Instead, you should follow and comply with the
process/mode of payment vide either of the clause (A), (B), (C) as described herein above. Any concession in course fee is done or made only on
scholarship criteria as mentioned in detail in ResoGuide. You are advised not to get misguided or induced by any person in matters related to concession

7 Caution Money
A. For Class XII & XIII students the caution money refund is subject to the following:

2. In case of Students who have availed Scholarship, the Caution Money will only be refunded to students who have been awarded
scholarship as per ResoFAST Guide. Student who have been awarded Scholarship over and above the policy will not be eligible for the
refund of caution money.

AIIMS/Medical Colleges and decides to withdraw/course transfer from the course he/she has taken admission at Resonance; shall be given 'fee
refund' as per following terms & conditions:

n The 'fee refund' application is submitted on or before 30th June, 2019.


n The 'fee refund' application is enclosed with attested photocopy of Class-XII board mark sheet. The original mark sheet shall also be seen for
verification of photocopy).
n Copy of Official Document stating that he/she is not amongst the Top: 20%ile students of respective board.
n From the remaining course fee (Total Tuition Fee - Advance Registration Fee); the student will be deducted following flat Tuition Fee Amount
(and applicable taxes):
w For JEE (Main+Advanced) YCCPs: ` 25000+Taxes
w For JEE (Main) & Pre-Medical YCCPS: ` 20000+Taxes
n A 'fee refund' application submitted after 30th June 2019 onwards shall be rejected for fee refund due to the above reasons and no 'fee
refund' shall be applicable & given to the student under any circumstances.
Note :
1. Number of weeks for the calculation of fee refund amount will be calculated from the date of commencement of regular classes (Course/Batch)
(As mentioned in the academic calender) till the date on which refund of fee is applied for.
2. The date of commencement of classes will be considered as mentioned in the Academic Calendar and not from the date on which the
student joins the institute/ attends the classes or deposits the fee even if he/she is a latecomer to the institute.
3. Refund amount shall be calculated on the standard course fee. ( As mentioned in the course fee structure).

Process for Fee Refund: If a student wants to leave the institute and opts for fee refund; he/she should follow the under mentioned steps:

n Collect the Acknowledgment Receipt of Refund Application duly signed & stamped by institute's authority and keep it for future reference.
n It is mandatory to submit a cancelled Cheque alongwith Application Form for fee refund.
n The fee refund transfer shall be done within 21 working days from the refund application.
n If the student/parents face any problem in the process of course fee refund; the office of Manager-Operations/ Centre Manager can be approached
personally/telephonically or through letter/e-mail/fax etc.
n The student/parents should understand that fee refund is a part of institute's policy and we follow the refund rules & regulations as mentioned
above in letter & spirit. However, if the request of refund is submitted (in written with required documents) after the 'refund dates' are over, the
institute shall not entertain it. Moreover, refund requests made verbally/orally or through telephone/e-mail/fax shall also not be entertained.
n Any legal matter/dispute related to fee refund is subject to Kota City (Rajasthan) Jurisdiction only.
n Institute Management reserve the sole right to decide in the matter of fee refund.

Cancellation
9 of Admission
The Institute reserves the right to cancel the admission of an enrolled students in Classroom Contact Programs (CCPs) in following cases:

1. The student of a Classroom Contact Program (CCP) has failed to deposit the prescribed course fee after 04 weeks of last date of second/third/last
Installment (as per option chosen) of course fee.
2. A student who is continuously absent for more than 02 weeks (12 working days) without any written information to the concerned authority.
(at Kota: Head (Operations) & at Study Centre : Respective Centre Manager/Head).
3. A student who is showing frequent absenteeism (cumulative 30 working days) without any written information to the concerned authority.
(at Kota: Head (Operations) & at Study Centre : Respective Centre Manager/Head).
4. A student who is absent for two consecutive tests without any written information to the concerned authority.
(at Kota: Head (Operations) & at Study Centre : Respective Centre Manager/Head).
5. A student who is indulged in indisciplinary, unconstitutional, illegal activities.
6. Such a students whose enrollment has been cancelled due to one/any of the above reasons shall be called 'Dropout' and his/her admission status
shall be recorded as 'Admission Cancelled' in the institute records.
7. A 'Dropout' student can not claim any benefits/consideration/fee refund in future at any stage which otherwise are allowed/applicable to the
enrolled students.
8. A 'Dropout' student shall be conveyed his/her status of enrollment as 'Cancelled' through an official letter by the institute.
9. Any objection/claim against the 'Cancellation of Admission' can be reported to the concerned authority, as mentioned above, within 04 weeks of
the issuance of the 'Letter of Cancellation of Admission', only for reconsideration of admission.
10. Any objection/claim after 04 weeks of the issuance of the 'Letter of Cancellation of Admission' shall not be accepted/entertained.
11. In case of any dispute the jurisdiction of Kota (Rajasthan) shall be applicable.
12. The cancelled admission will be considered as Fresh (New) Admission for the next session. In case of same session the student will have to pay a
fine of ` 5000/- and the remaining fee to continue the classes.

For Yearlong Classroom Contact Programs (YCCPs) Only
To motivate, reward and financially assist the deserving and meritorious students, Resonance offers three kinds of Scholarships under Resonance
Scholarship Program (RSP). All the scholarships are applicable for the Academic Session 2019-20. These are:
· General Scholarship Program (GSP)
The Scholarship Program is applicable:
· To the Tuition Fee part of Total Course Fee.
· To the students of all the Resonance Study Centres.
· To the students of Yearlong Classroom Contact Program (YCCPs).
· To the students of JEE (Main+Advanced), JEE (Main) & Pre-Medical Division.

10.1 General Scholarship Program (GSP)


The General Scholarship Program (GSP) has four categories. These are as follows:

10.1.4 GSP for Children of Defence Personnel: 10% on Tuition Fee
10.1.5 GSP for Children of NCC Personnel: 10% on Tuition Fee

There are some Terms & Conditions to be fulfilled by the student to become eligible for scholarship under GSP. These are:
1. These Scholarships will be valid only for ResoFAST 2019 conducted in 2018-19 for the admission in Academic Session 2019-20 (only).
2. The scholarship granted shall be applicable on Total Tuition Fee applicable for the course.
3. A student can avail only one type of scholarship at a time/in one academic session (Best of All).
4. All the scholarships will be disbursed in the form of fee concession/ Discount.
5. If a student pays full fee in advance & becomes eligible for any other 'better' scholarship then his excess amount will be refunded through
NEFT (only) in designated account.
6. The scholarship received through ResoFAST can only be availed for the courses offered through ResoFAST only. It cannot be availed for any
other courses in future.
7. In a Two-year Course, the scholarship provided shall be applicable for the first academic session (one year) only. The scholarship in the
second academic session (i.e in the second year of the course) will only be provided on the basis of student's academic performance (%
marks in periodic/cumulative tests conducted by the institute throughout the first academic session) and his/her overall conduct as
perceived by the faculty & administration of the institute.
8. The student has to submit photocopy of an authentic document proving his/her eligibility to avail the disbursement of scholarship amount
under GSP.
9. If a student receives any of the rewards as mentioned above during the course period & if he/she decides to leave the institute/withdraw
from the course/shows continuous/frequent absenteeism before the completion of course at any stage; the institute will have all the rights
to recover the reward amount/any other financial expenses incurred from the student. This may involve legal proceedings; if required.
10. A student eligible for the above scholarships Program may be denied or stripped off from the scholarship if his/her name is
published/declared in public domain by any other institute/organization as a classroom/distance learning/e-learning student to take the
credit of his/her selection as part of its promotional strategy. The institute will have all the rights to recover the Scholarship amount/any
other financial expenses incurred from the student. This may involve legal proceedings; if required.
11. Any scholarship is within discretionary power of Resonance & is not a matter of right for a student. Resonance reserves the right to
increase/decrease/remove scholarship categories mentioned above at any point of time & without explaining any reason. Decision of
Managing Director of Resonance shall be final in this regard.
12. Any dispute will be subject to Kota Jurisdiction only.

Terms & Conditions:


1. If a student from the Short-term/Fast-track Classroom Contact Programs (SCCPs/FCCPs) achieves any of the above ranks; the reward amounts shall be
halved (½).
2. If a student from the Distance Learning /e-Learning Programs (DLPs/eLPs) achieves any of the above ranks; the reward amounts shall be quartered (1/4).
3. If there is more number of eligible students than the specified numbers; the reward amount shall be proportionately shared amongst the all eligible
students.
4. If a student is eligible for more than one reward; then he/she will get only the best one out of all available rewards.
5. All selected/qualified students in JEE (Main+Advanced), JEE (Main) & AIIMS/ NEET may be honoured by the institute during its Felicitation Function held
at Kota immediately after declaration of the result.
6. A student has to attend the Felicitation Function at Kota (whenever held) to receive the any of the above reward(s). The information for this function shall
be informed through Resonance website. The presence of student's parents/guardian shall not be enough to receive/collect the reward.
7. A student of YCCPs may be denied or stripped off from the above rewards if his/her name is published/declared in public domain by any other
institute/organization as a classroom/distance learning/e-learning student to take the credit of his/her selection as part of its promotional strategy.
8. If a student receives any of the rewards as mentioned above during the course period & if he/she decides to leave the institute/withdraw from the
course/shows continuous/frequent absenteeism before the completion of course at any stage; the institute will have all the rights to recover the reward
amount/any other financial expenses incurred from the student. This may involve legal proceedings; if required.
9. The Scholarship benefits are always discretionary on the part of institute. The students can not claim any right for this. For any issue, the jurisdiction of
Kota (Rajasthan) shall be applicable.
