materials testing, environmental consulting and facilities engineering services across
Florida with office locations in Orlando, Tampa, Fort Myers, West Palm Beach, Daytona
1600+ and Jacksonville. ECS Florida, LLC has more than 150 employees and over 10 years
employees of experience in Florida. ECS is equipped to help projects from conception through
conservation for both the private and public sectors.

over 25 Safety Observations daily.

Targeted Safety Behaviors Observed

Targeting safety behaviors has enabled us to
117,000 address and potentially avert over 2,900 at-
risk behaviors, including 3 serious-threats.

ECS understands that the best safety cultures ECS’ Current EMR Rating
are driven by employee commitment, not just We currently hold an EMR rating of .73
compliance. .73 which falls below the industry average
of 1.0.

Safety has been a priority at ECS. In 2010, we launched a new initiative to ingrain safety as a core value and integral part
of our culture. Our Behavior Based Safety process known as STAR places safety at the forefront of everything we do.

STAR includes many of the same components of world-class safety programs, such as:

The Construction Materials Testing Group provides testing services required by code and/or project
specifications. Our unique electronic reporting system delivers field and laboratory reports rapidly,
giving the construction team valuable information on a timely basis. The majority of all test reports
are reviewed by ECS engineers and delivered via email to the project team within 24 to 36 hours of
the test and/or observation. Services offered by the Construction Materials Testing Group include:
