Sub: Construction of New W&C Block at District Hospital, Nilambur (Malappuram

District) including Internal and External services and Electrical Installations -
Piling work (hire and labour only) - work order issued reg:-

Ref: Quotation dated: 19/04/2018 from M/S GEFCON FOUNDATION.

In response to the quotation under reference, we are pleased to award the

subject work to M/s. Gefcon Foundation as per the schedule and terms and
conditions attached herewith. They are requested to commence the work forthwith in
consultation with our Site Engineers and complete the work with in 45 days from the
date of this order. Timely completion of the work may be ensured. The rates once
fixed can not be changed under any circumstances.

The duplicate copy of this order may be signed and returned as a token of the
acceptance of the rates and terms and conditions.

Mobilization charges for complete piling

 2.a) Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-
situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade
M-30 of specified diameter and length below the
pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less
than specified, excluding the cost of steel
reinforcement but including the cost of boring Per Meter Rs. 1600/-
with bentonite solution and temporary casing of
appropriate length for setting out and removal of
same and the length of the pile to be embedded
in the pile cap etc. by percussion drilling using
Direct mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer and
chisel technique by tripod and mechanical
Winch Machine all complete, including removal
of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads
(length of pile for payment shall be measured up
to bottom of pile cap).600 mm dia piles

b) Do- do- 600mm dia Rotary Drilling pile

3. Labour charges for making reinforcement cage
fabrication as per drawing including cutting Per kg Rs.5/-
welding etc.
PILE LOAD TEST
1. Mobilization charge for complete pile load test
equipments to the site and back after LS Rs.15,000/-
completion of work.
2. Charges for conducting pile laod test as per
IS.2911 part IV 1985, setting the loading
platform, loading sand bag or sand up to
Per Mt Rs.1,000/-
required quantity unloading after test,
conducting the test and test report etc..but
excluding cost of 20mm metal.
Terms and Conditions

1. All the materials like cement, steel, metal, sand, binding wire etc..shall be provided
by the Company.
2. Electricity, Water etc… shall be provided at site.
3. The measurements of pile will be taken( -50cm from the ground level).
4. Weekly payments will be entertained against part bills prepared by the Site
Engineers.
5. The above rate are exclusive of GST and removal of bored muck form the site.
6. A mobilization advance of Rs.1,50,000/- shall be released along with this order as
mobilization advance and the same will be recovered on pro-rata basis from the
part bills.
