Day 1: October 18th :Bucharest

Arrival at Otopeni Airport- Bucharest and transfer to the city for accommodation.
Check in at Rin Grand Hotel 4*, the biggest hotel in Europe.
Lunch in Mc Donald’s Restaurant in the city center of Bucharest.
Bucharest Tour: visit at The Village Museum. Then we leave the bus for a
pedestrian tour on the old streets of Bucharest.
Dinner at an Indian Restaurant.
Accommodation at Rin Grand Hotel 4*.

Day 2:October 19th : Bucharest – conference

Breakfast at Rin Grand Hotel 4*.
After the first part of the conference we will serve lunch at the hotel then
continue with the second part of the conference.
Dinner at an Indian Restaurant and accomodation at Rin Grand Hotel 4*.

Day 3: October 20th : Bucharest - conference

After breakfast we have the first part of the conference, then lunch at the hotel.
After lunch we continue the conference.
After the conference, if time permits, we’ll go shopping in the Malls of Bucharest.
In the evening we’ll have dinner in an Indian Restaurant and accommodation at
Rin Grand Hotel 4*.

Day 4: October 21st : Sinaia – Bran - Brasov

Breakfast, then check out from the hotel and leave for Brasov.
We make a stop in Sinaia and have a guided visit at Peles Castle, a masterpiece
of German Renaissance architecture.
We continue our trip to Bran. We have lunch in Vila Bran Restaurant and enjoy
the beautiful view of Bran Castle . After lunch, we visit the famous Bran Castle
where Dracula lived.
After this visit we go to Brasov . We have dinner and accommodation in Ramada
Hotel 4*

Day 5: October 22nd : Brasov – Poiana Brasov - Bucharest

Breakfast. We check out from the hotel and take a trip to Poiana Brasov (half an
hour away from Brasov) to enjoy a panoramic view of the city of Brasov. We’ll
take the cable car to visit one of the most beautiful peaks of the area.
We go back to Brasov , make a pedestrian tour of the old city Brasov and visit
the Black Church.
We have lunch at KFC. After lunch we have the transfer back to Bucharest.
Arrival and check in at Rin Grand.Hotel 4*.
After check in we go shopping and in the evening we have dinner in an Indian
Restaurant

Day 6: October 23rd : Transfer to the airport
Breakfast at Rin Grand Hotel 4* then we go shopping
in Baneasa Mall.
Transfer to the airport.

Tariffs: 300 euro/person in twin room/package

420 euro/person in single room/package

These tariffs apply for a group of minimum 30 persons.

Bonus:
• 1 free of charge place at every 15 paying guests (the accomodation is in
double room)
• In Ramada Hotel-Brasov every guest will have free acces at SPA Center

* transport by bus (6 days)
* transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport
