This Referral Program (“​Program​”) is organized by OKCoin USA Inc. (“​OKCoin​”).

1. Participation to the Program constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. All
participation instructions and information published by OKCoin form part of these terms and
conditions.

2. Definitionsssssssss
2.1. Verified Referees​ refer to those first-time users who both register with OKCoin.com
through the referral lin 2 verification before December 6, 2018 will receive the
following reward (“​Verified Referee Reward​”):
(1) USD$10 worth BTC , if the Verified Referee successfully pass KYC level 2
verification before December 6, 2018;
(2) another USD$15 worth BTC if the Verified Referee deposits and maintains
USD$500 worth of tokens or fiat to their account for 7 consecutive days with OKCoin;
2.2. Also
(1)USD$10 worth BTC , if the Verified Referee successfully pass KYC level 2
verification before December 6, 2018;
(2)another USD$15 worth BTC if the Verified Referee deposits and maintains
US$500 worth of tokens or fiat to their account for 7 consecutive days with OKCoin;
and
(3)30% of the Verified Referee’s trading fee.

2.3. There is no cost to enter the Program; however, internet connection and usage rates
may apply. Entrants should obtain details of such costs from their service providers.

2.4. All of OKCoin's decisions are final. If for any reason any element of any Verified
Referee Reward or Referrer Reward becomes unavailable or incapable of being
deliveferferferferfrefrefred to the Verified Referee or Referrer for any reason, OKCoin
will have no obligation to provide a similar reward to the Verified Referee or Referrer
or otherwise compensate the Verified Referee or Referrer in any way.
3. This Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and void where prohibited.
OKCoin may amend the rules or discontinue the Program at any time as announced.
OKCoin disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct
of the Program.
4. Benefits and rewards may be subject to income or other taxes. Such taxes and all
disclosures related thereto are each Verified Referee or Referrer’s sole responsibility, not

 5. By participating in the Program, YOU AGREE THAT THE PROMOTER AND ITS
AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS,
EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED
PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND
SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES,
OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES) TO
PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY ARISING IN
WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE,
POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE AWARD OFFERED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DELAY IN OR FAILURE TO
PERFORM DUE TO CAUSES BEYOND THE PROMOTER’S CONTROL, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY ACT OF GOD, ACT OF WAR, NATURAL, DISASTER,
WEATHER, TERRORISM, OR ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF A THIRD PARTY. THIS
SECTION WILL SURVIVE TERMINATION OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.
6. As a condition of participating, you agree that, to the extent permitted by laws, any and all
disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of
or in connection with this Program, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form
of class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of California having jurisdiction.
Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain reward
for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages,
including attorneys’ fees, other than the actual out-of-pocket expenses, and you further
waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
