 Planning event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
 Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered
efficiently.
 Liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements.
 Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics.
 Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure
that all runs smoothly and to budget.
 Organise facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, first aid, hospitality and the media.
 Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.
 Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
 Lead promotional activities for the event.
 Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
