CAMHS Lifestyle Resource Summary

for a young person, parents and carers

to support intervention (Overview Resource List)

If you are looking for further information or support about sleep, exercise, social
contact, diet, substances and/or sexual health, we have put together some tips, life
hacks and service information you might find helpful. Please choose one or two from
these to use, when you wish to. Your clinician would like to work with you to prioritise
your choices.

Would you like to give us and other young people your recommendations, or
suggestions to remove or change any of these resources?

We are keen not to suggest any resource that young people don’t like or can’t use,
and to promote ones you found particularly helpful. Please let us know your
thoughts with your permission and we will include your comments in a future version
as a quote (named or anonymised as you wish).
