    To Whom It May Concern

    This is to certify that Mr. Basanta Poudel, permanent resident of Nagarjun Municipality-10,
    Kathmandu has been working as a Chief Administrator of this Company. He is responsible for
    administrative tasks which include day to day operation, record of official activities and
    recruitment of new staffs. Besides, he is responsible for the progress report to the Managing
    Director of the company and applies his instruction.
    He is being paid Rs. 40,000 monthly. According to official record his gross annual remuneration
    including bonuses allowances in the fiscal year 2074/075 B.S. is 598,200.00. Similarly, he was
    paid Rs. 540,000.00 and 523,050.00 in the previous fiscal years 2073/074 B.S. and 2072/073 B.S
    respectively. This is also notified that the payment made to him was calculated after deducting
    tax.
