Dear Jackie,

It was so nice to meet you.  Truly!~

I admit I was a bit ‘taken back’, but in a pleasant way. I am so very inspired to see you still in
there ‘fighting crime’. 

I just real quick wanted to say thank you and hello. You are a very caring person in ‘person’ as
well as when you were federal prosecuting atty and tried to assist me in my dilemma. 

Currently, the ‘case’- [mine and my daughters] is at the Inter American Commission Human
Rights, filed May 11, 2007.

I Survived Jackie, however, still trying desperately to make a difference for my daughter, her
children and theirs….

If you have any suggestions, ideas I am so willing and ready to accept. Present and future; time
and goals. I network heavily with the nation, the leadership council, scholar’s, survivors and
advocates across the board; All trying to make a difference in what ever small way we can.

[I finally was able to push a hearing on constitutional issues- [motion attached] Unheard of- to
have a hearing set- obviously I am not an atty. ]

I remain under heavy ‘fire’ as a result, of my tenacity and refusal to ‘quit’ my daughter.

Jackie, I know I lost my child- 13 years ago- 7 years completely.

I just can not let what happened to my daughter and I, happen to her daughters’ and to other
victims of violence.
I am most open to any suggestions that you may have.

Please know that I am looking to build bridges here mostly, staying alive I have already
accomplished.  Now to move constitutional rights and human rights forward… so that my
loss, my daughters loss, will not have been all in vain.
