Incase of accident, hs co-workers in the teatinent form should immediately bring the workers and if necessery were brought to the nearest heath center for treatment. Construction Safety Signage's shall be provided around the workplace in order to warm the workers and the public of hazards existing In the workplace, It shall be posted in prominent positions at strategic jocations and in the Tanguage understandable to most of the workers. Ih order to ensure humane working conditions @ bunkhouse shall be constructed for the worke's for them to have safe place £0 sleep and to rest, A treatment room shall also be provided and portable comfort rooms and ‘washing facies shall also be provided. A potable water system shall be provides to the workers, Before the start of the construction project, a meeting shall be conducted by the chairman of the Construction Safety and Health Committee for the purpose of orienting and training of the workers at the site with Fegara to the Construction Safety and Health Program under which they operate and thereafter @ weekly cang meeting every Monday of the week at 7:00AM. €. Penalties and Sanctions All workers ere required to return thelr protective equipment after the end of their work. Failure to do so would mean reduction of the cost of the sald protective equipment from their salary. Workers who found out observing the policies on safety health shall be given a warning or reprimand for the first offense and 2 fine for succeading offenses. |All workers are required to attend their weekly gang meeting, fallure to do so would constitute vieletions thereof ang the proper penalties snali be strictly enforced. D. Training: ‘Before start of the Construction project, 2 meeting shall be conducted by the chairman of the Construction ‘Safety anc Health Committee for the purpose of orenting and training of the workers at the site with regarcs to the Construction Safety ana Health Program under which they operated and thereafter @ weekly geng meeting every Monday of the Week at 7:00 AM E, Disposal of Waste *Avter the prosect has been completed, the workplace shall be properly clean and all waste meteriels shall ‘A&—_de property disposed. Al waste material shall be gathered and disposed of Ina place designated by the end-user. ‘The construction Safety and Healt Program shall be executed and verified by the Contractor's Project Manager and shall be submitted to the Bureau of Working Conditions of the DOLE which may aporoves, isoppraved or modify the same according to existing laws, rules end regulations, and other issuances of the DOLE. ‘Submitted by: Vu MA.
