About the Company
 History

Fruit Master Foods Company was founded in the 2000.

Fruit Master Foods produces and markets juices, drinks and wines in cardboard
packing; carbonated and noncarbonated, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
in cans.

The mission of the Company is producing healthy, beneficial and tasty foodstuff
of high quality.

Nowadays products of Company are available not only in Ukraine but also in the
near and far abroad (Georgia, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Baltic
region, Kazakhstan, Transdniestria, Russia, Israel, Great Britain, Germany, USA
and Arabian countries).

Fruit Master Foods is a dynamically developing business aiming to offer their

customers various healthy and tasty top-quality foodstuff that will make the life

The production facilities of the Fruit Master Foods located in the Trans-Carpathian region on the Beregovsky
Canning Factory, at the border with Hungary.

For 60 years of the existence the enterprise has produced more than 250 kinds of products, mostly - juices. From the
moment of foundation in 1946 and till today a factory is an operating production area:

1946 – foundation of factory on the base of a spirit factory of Graff Shernburgskiy with specialization on the production of
apple jam;
1953 – opening of the juice workshop, where fruit – berry wines were made; 1963 –
opening of the vinegar workshop;
1972 – beginning of the juice production;
2001 – beginning of the juice and drink production in cans; 2003 –
beginning of the juice production in cardboard packing.
 Beregovo Factory

Beregovo (Trans-Carpathian) is an ecologically clean area of Ukraine, this is one of the main
marketing advantages of products produced by the company.
 Production Facilities

Nowadays Beregovsky Canning Factory is a production complex, equipped by the modern facilities. The factory is
corresponded to all technological requirements, gives special attention to the innovations and quality control of
production. Production facility enable to pour juices, nectars and drinks into cans, and also into cardboard packaging of
SIG Combibloc company.

SIG Combibloc Company is a leading European company dealing with packaging. Since 2007 SIG Combibloc is a part of the
international holding Rank Group. SIG Combibloc specializes in developing and manufacturing of equipment and
aseptic package for long-life foodstuff. SIG Combibloc packing has many advantages: high print quality of
«rotogravure» type, comfortable twisting cap, unnecessary of multipleness at the packing order. Combibloc
technology differs from other with possibility pouring of drinks with the solid particles, minimal use of the personnel,
absence of sterility violation, low percent of the defective production, comfort of management and maintenance of
production lines.

 Production Facilities
Four integral lines for production of juices, nectars and beverages and their packaging in aseptic cartons are installed in
the production area of the Beregovo Canning Factory.
• Line 706, efficiency is 1200 l/hour
• Line 307, efficiency is 7000 l/hour
• Line 405, efficiency is 10000 l/hour
• Line 209, efficiency is 9000 l/hour
Total capacity of 4 lines - 110 mln. litres per year

Each of 4rd lines can make the followings formats:

• cb 7, packaging volume: 0.2l; 0.25l; 0.3l
• cb 3, packaging volume: 1.0l; 0.75l
• cb 4, packaging volume: 1.5l; 2.0l
• cb 2, packaging volume 1.0l; 0.75l; 0.5l
• cf 2, packaging volume 1.0l; 0.75l; 0.5l

Also, there are two lines for drinks production in cans, by volume of 250 ml.:
• Line of pouring carbonated drinks;
• Line of pouring noncarbonated drinks.
Total capacity of 2 lines - 50 mln. cans per year
