Thank you for your question whether commercial liens are legal and whether the judgments
are worth anything. The answer is yes and yes. Obviously you would like back-up
documentation. It should be no surprise that the main website that explained the
relationship between common law and maritime or admiralty law is no longer there. The
Banking Cartel obviously didn't like it.

A week ago I quoted an opinion of the late Justice of the US Supreme Court Anton Scalia
about grand juries:

This tweet is the key to it all. The way that the

Banking Cartel has been able to get away with
their corruption is because they have been
using the law of the seas or maritime law as it
is sometimes called instead of the common
law.
When I went to the highest authority on Earth
for maritime law, the Universal Postal Union,
I said that the Banking Cartel has lost fair and
square under the law of the seas. That is
because the Banking Cartel owes the Global

dear ms. hudes, I was looking up some of the legal definitions correspond to the words in the documents that
you provided for us today (twitter2.27.15.1 and twitter3.3.15.pdf, and specifically the wording in the notarial
protest/administrative judgement/certificate of dishonor in twitter2.27.15.1.pdf), and found

of questions came to mind. in the 28 u.s.c. section 1333 definition from a legal dictionary it refers to "prize" as
in time of war and also as relevant to contract as in an offer of a prize is to be awarded to those that enter into
some form of competition to obtain it by mutual consent of grantor and participants.

is this possibly one of the examples of maritime law supplanting law of the land (where prize is termed "booty" ,
it seems) and through the district courts (and not the state courts) they can exercise the ucc statutes to their
advantage (and our collective disadvantage, thereby harming us, humanity) especially since citizens of the u.s.
have been deemed enemies of the federal government since the civil war era lieber code/power and
implementation of the second secret constitution by the cartel/ngcc in 1871? and so many of their shenanigans,
frauds, and deceits, not to mention the various types of harm that they have wantonly inflicted on humanity over
hundreds if not thousands of years, are subject to the same "rules of the game" that they set up for themselves
as the method of global domination, namely dominance of the commercial and military applications of the ucc
statutes in order to impose their will upon everyone on this planet? however it is now humanity, acting via
representation by the boards of governors at the world bank, that has and will continue to use those very
statutes until rule of law is returned to all nations. and we have the gold.

is this a correct, albeit simplistic, assessment? and the other question is whether the use of ucc statutes in the
foreseeable future will apply only to corporations or also via individuals in court disputes via their fictional-legal-
corporate-all-capital-letters-personas?

lastly, the above link relates closely, it seems to me, with mr. merciers writings on contracts of adhesion as the
way they have removed rights and protections afforded under the bill of rights and true 1789 constitution? but,
if so, what possible links are most relevant and to whom and in what context? thank you for your help in
navigating these tumultuous seas. and kudos to all who are obviously making headway and progress in
peacefully resolving these issues of corruption coming from so many directions. if people can't see what these
steps are achieving , then they have to knuckle down and do some more reading, is all, in my opinion, because
you provide the proof that is both glaringly clear, refreshingly liberating, and of undeniably great promise for the
current and future human beings of this world who strive (and not just limit themselves to wish) for true
harmony, true understanding, and true peace on this most beautiful and wonderful mother and home that is our
