Desmontar 1

1. Desconectar el cable de batería del borne negativo.

2. Desmont caja filtr aire.
3. Desmonte la rueda delantera derecha.
4. Retire :
• el guardabarros interior.
• el amortiguador/la arandela
5. Desmontar la cubierta superior de la correa dentada.
6. Desmont tapa correa distrib inf.
7. Mont torn cig.

Desmontar 2

1. Monte la fijación del motor.

2. Gire el motor en el sentido de las agujas del reloj hasta las marcas.
3. Loosen the water pump retaining bolts.
4. Rotate the water pump anti clockwise to relaese the belt tension, use tool "j-42492".
5. Desmon conex suspen dch motor.
6. Desmontar la correa dentada.

1. Monte la fijación del motor.

2. Gire el motor en el sentido de las agujas del reloj hasta las marcas.
3. Loosen the water pump retaining bolts.
4. Rotate the water pump anti clockwise to relaese the belt tension, use tool "j-42492".
5. Desmon conex suspen dch motor.
6. Desmontar la correa dentada.

Montaje 1

1. Comprobar las marcas.

2. Montar la correa dentada.
3. Mont conex suspen dch motor.
4. Par de apriete: 30 Nm.
5. Rotate the water pump clockwise to maximum tension on belt tensioner, use tool "J-42492".
6. Tighten the water pump retaining bolts 10 Nm.
7. Girar el cigüeñal 720°.
8. Loosen the water pump retaining bolts.
9. Rotate the water pump anti clockwise until the pointers are aligned.
10. Tighten the water pump retaining bolts 10 Nm.
11. Comprobar las marcas.
12. Si las marcas no coinciden, comenzar de nuevo.

1. Comprobar las marcas.

2. Montar la correa dentada.
3. Mont conex suspen dch motor.
4. Par de apriete: 30 Nm.
5. Rotate the water pump clockwise to maximum tension on belt tensioner, use tool "J-42492".
6. Tighten the water pump retaining bolts 10 Nm.
7. Girar el cigüeñal 720°.
8. Loosen the water pump retaining bolts.
9. Rotate the water pump anti clockwise until the pointers are aligned.
10. Tighten the water pump retaining bolts 10 Nm.
11. Comprobar las marcas.
12. Si las marcas no coinciden, comenzar de nuevo.

Montaje 2

1. Desm torn cig.

2. Montar las cubiertas de las correas dentadas.
3. Mont amortigu vibrac.
4. Tighten :
• the bolt in tree steps.
• the bolt 95 Nm +30° +15°.
5. El resto se incorpora en el orden inverso.
