A SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN COUNCIL RESOLUTION CUNCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF

ELOIZA JOY D. SANTOS AS SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY 452
ZONE 45 IN THE 4TH DISTRICT OF MANILA AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter II Section 7 of the Republic Act No. 10742 otherwise
known as Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, the Sangguniang Kabataan
chairperson shall, with the concurrence of the majority of the Sangguniang Kabataan
members, appoint from among the members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan, a
secretary and a treasurer;

WHEREAS, the secretary shall perform the following duties as stated in the Section 14 of
the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015;

WHEREAS, Eloiza Joy D. Santos is qualified to discharge the mandated function as

repectively required under Section 10 of the afforcited Sangguniang Kabataan Reform
Act provisions;

WHEREAS, Eloiza Joy D. Santos has been chosen on the basis of her suitability for the task
considering his integrity, independence of mind, reputation and social standing in the
community;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED by the Sangguniang

Kabataan Council of Barangay 452, Zone 45 in the 4th District of Manila to favorably
endorse and express its concurrence of the appointment of Eloiza Joy D. Santos as
Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary of this Barangay.

APPROVED and ADOPTED by the Sangguniang Kabataan Officials of Barangay 452, Zone
45 in the 4th District of Manila this 8th day of July 2018 at Barangay Hall, City of Manila,
Republic of the Philippines.
