He was ordered to serve a period of six months imprisonment in the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The defendant was allowed to remain out of custody and was granted voluntary surrender. On January 1, 2019, Dukes allegedly committed the following offenses in Houston County, Georgia: Rape, Aggravated Sodomy, False Imprisonment, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, He currently remains at large and is wanted by law enforcement. It is accordingly recommended that the voluntary surrender order be rescinded. Respectfully submitted, 7 David W.
