ANTECEDENTE

El 24 de Agosto de 2018, Jardines de Esperanza solicita a Construcciones y Cubiertas Klaere,

inicio de proceso de firma de contrato por la fabricación y montaje de la estructura metálica de

las oficinas administrativas a realizarse dentro de los terrenos de parque cementerio de Jardines

de Esperanza en la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Dicho proyecto se lo reconocerá de ahora en adelante como ´´OFICINAS

ADMINISTRATIVAS´´ y la estructura metálica tiene un plazo de ejecución de 106 días.

CAPITULO 1.-

1. DESCRIPCION DEL PROYECTO.

1. CONTRATISTA

1. Klaere: Está a cargo la fabricación y montaje de la estructura metálica de edificio

Jardines de la Esperanza Oficinas Administrativas.
2. Dicha estructura está compuesta por columnas, vigas, placas de anclaje, diagonales,
losas con Steel deck y cubiertas en los diferentes pisos.
3. Su representante legal es el Sr. Tito Adolfo Klaere.
4. El superintendente de obra es el Ing. Sixto Rodríguez.
5. El Residente de obra es el Ing. Daniel Romero.

 Se inspeccionó el montaje del Steel deck de SALAS 1
