May we take this opportunity to inform you that 1-TEAM is launching its second investment
proposal for those investors who are interested in having a passive income business.

As a backgrounder, 1-TEAM, under its trade name “BEEP”, is the front leader in government’s
PUV Modernization Program. It is currently operating fifty-five (55) units in Metro Manila and
another forty (40) in Cebu City, with an aggregate vehicle value of more than P200 Million. It has
another One Hundred (100) units, with a value of over P270 Million, ready to roll in various cities
nationwide.

1-TEAM is also the proponent and driving force for government’s change policy in allowing PUV
franchise holders to lease, and not necessarily own, the units it is using under its franchise.

To this end, and in order to raise funds for its expansion projects, 1-TEAM is interested in
partnering with investors who would like to acquire vehicles which 1-TEAM will lease from them.

First Package:

Type of Vehicle: Golden Dragon Coaster Van (See Attached picture)

Passenger Capacity: 24 + 10 standing

Price of Vehicle: P2,800,000.00
Acquisition Funding: Bank Financed, China Bank Savings*
Franchise Route: Lagro to Cubao via Commonwealth and vice versa (Existing/ Currently
Operating)
Franchise Owner: Tolfetano Corporation (An allied company of 1-TEAM)
Investment amount: P350,000.00
Lease Period: 10 years
Lease Amount: P7,500 per month for the first seven (7) years, then P15, 000 per month from
the 8th to 10th year
Transfer of Vehicle Registration: After the lease period of ten (10) years, 1-TEAM shall transfer
the LTO registration of the unit to the name of the investor.
Repairs/ Amortization/ Annual Registration: Shouldered by 1-TEAM/ Tolfetano Corp.
Comprehensive Insurance: UCPB Insurance*
Return on Investment: 25.7%p.a.
Payback period: 3.9 years

Second Package:

Type of Vehicle: Isuzu (Almazora) Air conditioned Jeepney (See Attached picture)
Passenger Capacity: 21 + 10 standing
Model: 2018
Price of Vehicle: P2,000,000.00
Acquisition Funding: Bank Financed, Land Bank of the Philippines*
Franchise Route: Marikina to Sta. Mesa and vice versa or PITEX, Paranaque to Imus, Cavite (To
be applied)

the LTO registration of the unit to the name of the investor.
Repairs/ Amortization/ Annual Registration: Shouldered by 1-TEAM
Comprehensive Insurance: Alpha Insurance*
Return on Investment: 24.0%p.a.
Payback period: 4.2 years

*Subject to change depending on price proposals.

To implement the investment package of your choice, 1-TEAM shall execute a Memorandum of
Agreement detailing the terms and conditions as stated above, upon receipt of the investment
amount.
