Description

The parameter selects how the ambiguous HARQ feedback of UE with an active SCell related to DL transmission is int
controlling DRX Inactivity Timer.

If set to conservative, the ambiguous HARQ feedback is interpreted as DTX for the purpose of controlling the timer. If set
HARQ feedback is interpreted as NACK for the purpose of controlling the timer. It is expected that the aggressive setting
UEs with an active SCell. It is expected that the conservative setting will favor cell throughpu

Threshold to limit the maximum number of carrier aggregation configured UEs in a cell PCell (P-LNCEL); Dc (Double carrier
PCell (P-LNCEL) and only 1 SCell (S-LNCEL).

Selects a working mode for UL power control. Offers various combinations between open-loop and closed-loop control fo

Controls Target SINR in interference-aware UL-PC: provides a tilt in the balancing between Target SINR in cell-center and
SINR determines the max. throughput, therefore higher values increase cell-center throughput at the cost of cell-edge

Minimum number of TTIs (ms) that must pass before another UL power decision is made for a

Minimum quality measure for interference-aware UL-PC. Target SINR for UEs in poor conditions cannot go below a limit d
they generate higher UL interference.
Defines a minimum quality level in linear scale that is a multiplier to a reference SINR calculated from ulpcRefPwrIAw an

Controls Target SINR in interference-aware UL-PC: provides an equal shift of Target SINR for all UEs in the cell, regardl
Sets an upper limit for RSSI received from a UE. If exceeded, the next power command indicates -1 dB UL power change
insufficient for reaching Target SINR.
P0 setting that is broadcast in SIB2 if interference-aware UL-PC is activated.
ulpcAlpha must be set to "alpha 1" for interference-aware UL-PC.

Uplink coordinated multipoint (CoMP) reception activation for the eNB.

Distributed sites are only supported if the distance between RRHs is less than 1 km.
eNB will dynamically decide dependent on the current and newly required DSP deployment if eNB restart or dropp

The parameter defines the threshold under which the OLLA DCM triggers an earlier ATB calcula
It has always values <=0.
O&M switch for enabling / disabling downlink Outer loop Link Quality Control which is acting based on the 1st transmis
transmission BLER.

Defines target Block Error Ratio (BLER) for downlink Link Adaptation in percents. Used with downlink Outer loop Link Qual
O&M switch for enabling / disabling downlink Adaptive Modulation and Coding.
O&M switch for enabling/disabling the counting of all Transport Blocks instead of the 1st transmission Transport Blocks
Modulation and Coding inner loop factor (UEs in non-TTI bundling mode), BLER measurements (UEs in TTI
If set to false, only HARQ feedback for initial transmissions is considered in UL AMC.
If set to true, HARQ feedback for initial transmissions and for retransmissions is considered in UL
Activates Uplink Link Adaptation and defines Link Adaptation mode
When set to "off" no Uplink link Adaptation function is active at all.
When set to "eUlLa" the extended Uplink Link Adaptation function is activated.
When set to "fUlLa" the new Fast Uplink Link Adaptation function is activated.
The other choice "slowAmcOllaATB" allows to set to active all the 3 old components of the UL LA function as

The parameter selects the highest order modulation scheme which is supported in the cell for UL tran

Depending on the setting of actModulationSchemeUl the supported MCS range is determined for the U

- QPSK: supported MCS range is from MCS0 to MCS10 for all UEs
- 16QAM: supported MCS range is from MCS0 to MCS20 for all UEs
- 16QAMHighMCS: supported MCS range is from MCS0 to MCS24 for all UEs
- 64QAM: supported MCS range is from MCS0 to MCS28 for UEs with 64QAM capability and from MCS0 to MCS20 for U
- 64QAMand16QAMHighMCS: supported MCS range is from MCS0 to MCS28 for UEs with 64QAM capability and from M
