High Range Water reducing and retarding admixture for concrete
Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 155 is a superplasticising admixture to
produce pumpable or flowable concrete, free from bleeding
and segregation when added to the concrete mix having
slump atleast 25 mm without admixture.
It also imparts the cohesiveness to concrete mix for easy
placing and pumping.

Water reduction upto 20-22% without effecting the
workability
Helps in reducing cement content for a required strength
by reducing w/c ratio.
Increases workability at a given w/c ratio, resulting easy
placing, and eliminates honeycomb.
High workability for longer periods to allow long distance
transport of concrete.
Reduction in shrinkage cracks
High early and ultimate compressive strength of concrete
Less permeable and hence more durable
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Concrete shall be mixed with 50-70% of the mixing water
(based on mix design by weight).
The correct quantity of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 155 should be
measured with recommended dispenser and should be
added to the concrete with remaining 30% mixing water
and allow to mix it for recommended mixing time.
Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 155 should not be added in dry
mixes under any circumstances
PRECAUTION :
Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 155 is a non-toxic and inflammable.
When in contact with the skin, it should be washed with cold
water.

CONCRETE ADMIXTURES
COMPATIBILITY:
Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 155 is compatible with all types
of cement e.g. OPC, PPC, PSC etc.
Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 155 is compatible with all air
entraining agent which complies wiith IS 9103-2003
and Integral water proofing compound which
complies with IS 2645- 1978. If other admixtures are
to be used in concrete containing Dr. Fixit Pidicrete
CF 155, they must be dispensed separately.
STORAGE :
Keep the liquid above freezing temperature.
If the product has frozen, thaw it at room
temperature(25°C) and agitate until complete
reconstitute in the original form.
Store under cover, protect from direct sunlight.
Failure to comply with recommended storage
condition may result in premature deterioration of the
product and packaging.
DOSAGE:
Dosage range of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 155 will be 250 ml
to 750 ml per bag of cement. Optimum dosage should
be determined by doing site trial mixes. Dosage may go
above maximum limit for High Performance Concrete
and shall be determined by site trial mix.
