Thanks to its 4-cylinder configuration and its excellent stability and performance in comparison to Capacity chart
competing 2-cylinder products, the DH-LM 750-1000 kg is Dhollandia’s best selling lift for general ■ 500 kg ■ 3000 kg
purpose and light daily distribution work. It is specially designed to suit commercial panel vans and light

trucks up to 7.5T GVW, but can also be perfectly mounted to small trailers or semi-trailers.

General Specifications

PLATFORM
• Light weight aluminium platform with non-slip surface
or steel platform, sandblasted and zinc sprayed (only for 1000 kg)
• Standard : aluminium platform with profiles orientated in longitudinal
direction [1], and a surface offering anti-slip protection in both directions [2].
Delivered in alu natural finish.
• Optional : conical platform with profiles orientated in lateral direction
[1]
(see option S275.H01), and anti-slip ripples at right angles to the ride direction.
Delivered in alu natural finish or anodised (option S610).
• Synthetic rollers to protect the platform on the ground

FUNCTIONALITY - MECHANICAL
• Automatic mechanical tilting at ground level
• Platform tilt adjustable at any position from the exterior controls

HYDRAULICAL INSTALLATION
• 2 lift cylinders for maximum platform stability
2 tilt cylinders with spring assisted platform opening
• Electric safety valves on all cylinders [2]
• Manual emergency operation on all electrovalves [4]
• Cylinder piston rods in chromed stainless steel (INOX)
• Compact power pack with noise-dampening cover

ELECTRICAL CONTROLS
• External control in closed synthetic box [3]
• Controlled without electronic components
• 2-handed control for all functions from the exterior controls
• Electric motor with thermal cut-out fuse

FITTING OF THE LIFT

• Standard : universal bolt-on mounting plates for quick and simple fitting [3]
• Option : special mounting plates for quick fitting, adapted to the specific
vehicle type and wheelbase (option S314)

FINISH - MAINTENANCE
• Equipment conforms with CE safety Directives
• Low maintenance bushes fitted to all pivot points
• Finish on main steel components : zinc phosphate, KTL epoxy primer and
polyester powder top coat
