Terms & Conditions
1. Before we start the project, we must be provided with requisite Purchase Order/Work Order duly signed by an Authorized person of your
organization.

2. In case if the client has not provided the Purchase Order/Work Order or 100% of the total cost of the project, work will be started only by
paying 100% of the project cost upfront.

3. In case if any TDS is deducted for any bulk project, a valid TDS Certificate from the Government should be provided. As per the present
Government rules, 18% of GST is applicable for all our services.

6 In case if the PO is released and the full and final settlement is not done within the said 30 days, the late payment interest of 3.5 % at Bank
rate will be calculated in addition.

7. In case of any corrections to be carried out you must mark all the corrections once at a time and send within 7-10 working days after the
submission of the project so that the entire document will be corrected accordingly on free of charge basis.

8. After 7-10 days (after submitting the documents once corrected) no corrections will be entertained at our end.

9. In case of repeated corrections required by you with your own ideas and creative thinking, then the same will be charged word by word
basis.

10. In case of any third party sourcing files, no correction should be given to after the stipulated time. Any further corrections from your third
party will be borne by you.

11. At any cost/any circumstance our translators will not be allowed to go to the Clients’ place/third party place for any corrections. All the
corrections should be elaborately mentioned via mail or explained over phone only to us (Honey Translation Services). In case of any exigency;
clients are allowed to come to our office for small corrections.
