PROCESS:

01: Mix Industrial Salt, Zeolite, Dolomite, Soda Ash and Colour to an even consistency.

02: Dissolve the required quantity of CBS-X in 300 ml of water and mix the solution finely in 10 Kg of Acid Slurry.

03: Add the mixture of step 2 in mixture of step 1 with a continuous machine mixing of 3minutes.

04: Dissolve Citric Acid in 1 Ltr of Water and in a separate container dissolve caustic soda in 2 ltrs of water.

05: In the caustic solution add slowly the remaining 5 Kg of Acid Slurry and when the solution cools add the citric acid
solution to it.

06: Mix the solution in step 05 with the mixture of step 03 with a mixing of 1 minute.

07: Add Polymer and Alfox 200 to the mixture and mix for one more minute.

08: Add SLS and AOS powder to the mixture

09: Add perfume and colour speckles and run the mixer for 2 more minutes

10: Product is ready.
