LYOPRINT® RD-HT-01
LYOPRINT® RD-HT 01 printing thickener is a proven alternative to traditional thickener systems.

A thickener suitable for both disperse, reactive dyes and dye blends for Polyester, Cellulosic and
Polyester/Cotton fabrics. Printing with LYOPRINT® RD-HT-01 offers the following advantages:
• Simple print paste recipe
• Rapid preparation of stocks and pastes
• Easy viscosity adjustment of the print paste

Process:

Print: Rotary, flat screen machines, copper roller, hot or cold tables.
Dry: 120 °C for 2 minutes or air dry for table prints
Fixation: 175 °C and steam for 8 min. or pressure steam 20-30 minutes at 1.5 - 2.0 bar
Washing off: Reduction clear and soaping

System information
LYOPRINT® RD-HT-01 has been specifically developed for disperse and reactive dye printing systems.
It is not necessary to hydrate the thickener for several hours.
High speed stir for 20 minutes and it’s ready to print.
LYOPRINT® RD-HT-01 produces stable print paste which offer better color yield, definition and levelness than
most natural thickeners.

ALBATEX® AR protects the disperse dye against reduction during fixation (particularly during pressure
steaming), it is recommended to use this oxidizing agent in the print paste.

LYOPRINT® AP is a de-aerating agent and penetration auxiliary; its action destroys foam, froth and air bubbles
in the print paste, producing outstanding level blotch prints.
