I believe there is probable cause to charge the defendant with these charges because:
On 12/06/2019, a 22 year old female reported being kidnapped and raped by a male who was later identified as
Casey Nielsen. The victim stated she was taken to a residence later identified as 172 S Sixth St by another
male. The victim stated she was taken to that residence with her head covered with a pillow case and her hands
were tied with a rope. The victim stated Mr. Nielsen grabbed her from the other male and took her inside a room
inside a detached garage at that residence. The victim stated Mr. Nielsen had a handgun on top of a safe in the
room and he was blocking the entry of the room and she was not able to leave. The victim stated she felt afraid
of Mr. Nielsen because he is very tall and big and she felt intimidated by him. The victim stated Mr. Nielsen
gave her several injections of an unknown substance while she was there. The victim stated she remembered
Mr. Nielsen taking her pants off and pulling her from a chair and placing her on top of his lap. The victim stated
she did not remember what happened after, but remembered waking up and feeling pain and discomfort in her
vaginal area. The victim stated Mr. Nielsen covered her face once again with a pillow case before leaving the
residence. The victim stated Mr. Nielsen put her inside a white car, and while driving near the area of Heritage
Hill Dr, she pulled on the steering wheel, causing Mr. Nielsen to crash the car and she was able to run from Mr.
Nielsen.

On 12/18/2018, a search warrant was served at 172 S Sixth St. During the search warrant, I located several
items that the victim described to have been inside the room she stated she was kept in. I showed the photo of
the victim to the home owner, who confirmed the victim had been staying inside the room inside the garage
with Mr. Nielsen. The homeowner stated at some point she saw the victim not wearing her pants and she
appeared to be disoriented.

On 01/04/2019, I interviewed the other male accused of kidnapping the victim and he denied putting a pillow
case over her head or tying her hands. The other male stated the victim left his house on her own.

On 01/07/2019, I interviewed Mr. Nielsen and he stated he was at 172 S Sixth St with a female with blonde hair.
The victim has black hair. I showed him a picture of the victim and he said he didn't recognize her and didn't
think she was the female he was with at 172 S Sixth St. Mr. Nielsen stated the female who he was with was only
there for a few hours and was there willingly. Mr. Nielsen denied driving a vehicle with the victim inside. Mr.
Nielsen denied having any sexual activity with the victim. When Mr. Nielsen was located he had a backpack on
him. After searching Mr. Nielsen's backpack, a pipe was located inside the backpack, along with several used
needles. Mr. Nielsen admitted in his interview to have used Methamphetamine, Heroin and Marijuana.
Mr. Nielsen was placed under arrest and booked into jail on charges of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated
sexual assault, rape, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
