The judges focus on general appearance
of the village especially public places
including the school, the village hall, the
shop and pubs, plus gardens and green
spaces and signs of community input into
maintaining and improving the
appearance of the village.
We are also looking for volunteers
Higher Kinnerton Summer Play Scheme…..
With the support of Higher Kinnerton Community
Council, Dragon Sport will be hosting a range of fun
children’s sporting activities on Main Road
Recreation Ground. The opening session being held
on Wednesday 22nd July from 10 am to 12 pm
From week commencing 27th July sessions with be held as follows:
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am to 12pm for
children aged 7 to 11 years
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 12pm for children aged
4 to 6 years

Prior to the judging, there will be a village
wide litter pick on Sunday 5th July
commencing at 10:30am from the Village
Hall so please come along and show your
support,your help is appreciated .

Free Ice Skating Session
The Community Council are also pleased to announce a free ice
skating session will be held at Deeside Leisure Centre for up to 20
young people aged between 11 and 16 years on Wednesday 12th
August between 1pm and 3 pm.
