Judge Baker reported ito the sheriff's office, who then tured it over to the Justice Department. ‘The incident is under investigation as ofthis writing. ‘4. After my report, Commissioner Morgan began to treat me differently. Examples include: ‘4 Accusing me of being dishonest with my recommendations for insurance for non-union ‘members.
