Title: Building Of Storage Room

Type: Building Plan

Number Of Beneficiaries Approximately 2500+ Students & Teachers

Location Of Beneficiaries Agusan National High School

Project Duration School Year 2017-2018

Area Of Project Agusan National High School – Senior High Building

Budget Requirements - STORAGE BUILDING

Budget Requested –
B. In Agusan National High School – Senior High Building there are many faulty chairs, table, storage box
and even used up projects just placed on the side of the rooms. These objects occupy spaces are
nuisance to students. For example, there is a role play practice supposed to perform over 15 minutes
and the room has a maximum capacity of 50 students, but instead the room can only accommodate up
to 35 students, the remaining 15 students have no choice but to practice outside of the room and
imagine even worse if they practiced outside of the room and many students pass by, this will be a
hindrance for their role play or they might not able to perform their role play as well.

These objects can’t be just thrown away, they may be used in the future. Faulty chairs, table and storage
box can be repaired, but for now it’s a waste of time to repair it while already having a large of number
of it than it should be. Since there are some complications that some chairs, end up being destroyed
after the school year, vacation will be the right time to repair those chairs to fill up insufficient chairs.
Used up projects can’t be just thrown away too, it can be an authentic example for the next students to
give them an idea what to do and maybe even to improve it.

C. To provide a proper storage for unwanted items for future use and to utilize space for its intended
purpose. It also aims to establish school’s cleanliness.

D. Expected outcome will be a storage room to pile up the things that may be used in the future. More
likely to move freely or unhampered use of the area. In addition, it would be a soothing effect for both
students and teachers.
