Special Dezising and Wetting Agent for Woven Pretreatment Process

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

DENWET PB MAX has a special pretreatment agent with its special formulation which can provide
high hydrophility, whiteness and high tegewa values to the fabric by performing dezising and wetting
operations in single batch.

CHARACTERISTIC

Chemical Structure Combination of special surfactant and dispersing agents

Appearance Clear yellowish liquid
İonic Structure Amphoteric -Noniyonik
pH 7±1
Refractive Index (20°C) 50±2

PROPERTIES

DENWET PB MAX is used for pretreatment and bleaching process of woven fabrics. Effective dezising,
hydrophilicity and whiteness value are obtained (Cold Pad Batch, Continue Pad Steam and Jigger) in
all of the pretreatment systems.
It removes starch-starch derivatives and PVA from fabric without enzymatic or oxidative process in a
single process.
It provides hydrophilicity by decreasing the surface tension. Ready to dyeing surface is obtained.
Thanks to the high dispersion power, it keeps the starch, oil and wax in the suspended, prohibits the
precipitation. Because of the very good dezising properties and dispersion capacity of DENWET PB
MAX, it doesn’t cause a problem as wrapping on the cylinder.

After pad-batch bleaching, the residual starches in continue washing bath with Denwet PB Max;

Special Dezising and Wetting Agent for Woven Pretreatment Process

DENWET PB MAX provides very good hydrophilicity and excellent whiteness after bleaching;

Cold bleaching process

Bleaching performance* Whiteness (Berger) 8 g/L DENWET PB MAX
6 g/L DENSTAB PB OXI
Denwet PB MAX (8 g/L) 70-72
50 g/L NaOH (48°Be)
Untreated 22 50 g/L H2O2 (50%)
Time: 16h

Denwet PB MAX improves fastness value.

It is suitable for automation.
It has a stability to 48°Be caustic up to 150 g/L.
If the starch amount is high, intense and mixes another starch like poly acrylate, it is recommended
that raising the caustic.
It is important that the continue bleaching bath temperatures is hot around 95°C to remove the
starch from the fabric surface.
For long fabric operations, if 1-2 g/L Denpol Trust which is a nonionic dispersing agent prevents the
accumulation the dezising starch in the bath and makes easier the washing step.
