 Accommoda on:
1 All invited GMs /WGMs will be provided free hotel accommoda on on double sharing basis.
2 All IMs/WIMs will be provided free hotel accommoda on on triple/four sharing basis.
3 All other player’s will be provided free hotel accommoda on on Dormitory basis for 250
outsta on player’s on first come first serve basis.
4 Hygienic Vegetarian Meals is arranged at the venue @ INR 450/- per day per person .
The meals shall consist of morning tea / Coffee, Breakfast + tea/coffee, Lunch, Evening
Tea/Coffee, Dinner.

System of Play: Time Control :

FIDE Swiss System with 10 rounds. 90 Minutes + 30 seconds increment
from move Number 1.

Protest:
Protest, if any against the decision of the Chief Arbiter, shall be made in wri ng with a protest fee of Rs.
1000/- within 15 minutes from the occurrence of dispute. The amount shall be refunded if the appeal is
upheld.

Appeals Commi ee:

Five members Commi ee of Appeal with two reserves shall be formed. All the members and reserves
shall be from different Federa on. No member of the commi ee can vote on a dispute in which a
player from his own Federa on is involved and in such case the reserve member(s) shall take his/their
place in the commi ee.
