BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED PROJECT.


XYZ Foods Pvt. Ltd. intends to roll out savory oats as its new breakfast product in the market next year. The R&D team wants to run
sensory tests of the savory oats with their co-workers to shortlist two flavors for bulk production. However, many employees of other
departments have expressed their hesitation to participate, because they are unaware of 'sensory tests'. Therefore, the aim of the
project is to train the employees about the basics of sensory evaluation and its application. The target audience comprises both
males and females between the age of 18 to 50 years. They belong to various other departments in the company (quality assurance,
human resources, information technology, maintenance staff, and security). The audience is also culturally diverse. The training will
be delivered online as a self-paced basic course which will be accessible through the company website. This enables employees to
continue their regular work without putting extra hours for the training.
