3. Pre Paid Taxi are available at Airport. Take a cab for Chunchelim Village, Mapusa. Cost would be between 1200

to 1500/-.

4. You can hire bikes and self driven car in Goa. In case you want self driven car then you can contact following

person. Otherwise plenty of options for hiring are available and finding bikes and cars is not a problem. Bargain

hard. Bikes are easily available on hire near the house.

6. Following places are worth a visit if you want to party at night.

a. Cavala ( Baga):- Friday night for Live retro Music.

b. Backyard (Porvorim – calangute Road) : Music Everyday.

c. Cafe Cape town ( Titos Lane On baga):- Everyday after 10:30pm.

d. Club SinQ ( Near Nerul village): Hard Rock and Techno Music.

e. Saturday Night Market in Arpora and Vagator.

f. Cohiba. In Sinquerium. Good on wed and sat.

g. Wednesday Flea Market in Anjuna (Don’t Miss it from dawn till dusk).

7. Catch Hold of a goa road map from Airport/Station/Mall and it will help you in finding these places.
8. A number of supermarkets are there in goa to meet your daily needs. You can also find few small general stores

for all your daily needs. But, some of the best ones are:

a. Newtons: In Candolim

b. Del Mar:-In Candolim

c. Las Vegas:- Arpora –Mapusa Road

9. Swimming Pool facility is open for all, however kindly abide by the rule mentioned at and timings and ensure

that your actions do not cause any discomfort to other guests/ owners.

10. Cleaning will be done twice a week. Please coordinate with the caretaker during check in about the cleaning days

and time that suits you well. In case you want or need to change the day or timing kindly info the property

manager 10 hrs in advance.

11. In case you want to use internet you have to use JioFi. Rates are approx INR 100/- for a day, 3G/4G data

service. We would like to inform you that due to forest/green area 3G/4G is connectivity is average. Sorry for the

Inconvenience.

12. Minimum one Set of clean Bath Towels, Pool Towels and Hand towels will be provided on check in. One spare

set of towels and bed sheet will also be provided subsequently. You are requested to carry towels for two of your

guest as towel in the apartment will be sufficient for two or max three of you.

13. When leaving the apartment kindly take out some time and make an entry in the visitor book kept for our long

association. Also if you feel that you were well taken care and enjoyed your stay kindly give us a review from the

site through which booked.

14. Please note only Toilet roll and Handwash (Initial supply) is provided rest of the stuff have to be catered by the

guest.

15. Keys. Please do not lose the house keys otherwise you have to pay 1500/- for replacing house keys.

16. ATM. Oriental Bank ATM is just 5mins away towards the St. Anthony’s Church. Other bank ATMs you will find in

Siolim circle or Mapusa main market about 4km from the house.

17. Damage. Please ensure that no damage occurs to the property and appliances kept in it, else you would be

charged for the breakages
