Good Day!

We, Spouses Roberto and Alodia Cabigao, owner of the lot located at BO
Tagbac Barangay San Jose Antipolo City with PIN no 177-02-002-022-085/
AR-002-07278 classified as agricultural land is requesting your good office to
reclassify the subject lot to residential. As advised by the Municipal Agrarian
Reform Officer of Antipolo, we are required to ask first the Office of the City
Assessor whether our landholding can be qualified as residential lot.

We attached herein the copy of the Transfer Certificate of Title, Tax

Declaration, Tax clearance and our ID’s together with the authorization letter
in favor of our daughter Ms. Verona Margarette Cabigao.

We, Spouses Roberto and Alodia Cabigao, of legal age and residing at
Block 14 Lot 12 Mahogany Street Kingsville Hills Barangay San Jose Antipolo
City, do hereby authorized our daughter Ms. Verona Margarette E. Cabigao, to
act for and in behalf of us, before the City Government of Antipolo, to process,
receive, pay or sign the necessary documents required for the lots under our
name.
