The name of proposed business is Hermosa Basura Manufacturing. Experience at hand the
beauty of mess and reap the benefits of this economical paper. Hermosa Basura Manufacturing
produces crisper graphics and variety of paper waste. Hermosa Basura Manufacturing prodcues
beautiful papers made from different waste materials such as durian skin (rind), corn husk and
banana peel.

 Paper De Banana (Banana Peel Paper) – Rough and classic that is good for gif
 Papel Durian (Durian Rind Paper) – it can be used as special papers for wall posters,
scrapbooking, cover for notebooks and occasions gif wrapping.
 Maiz De Papel (Corn Husk Paper) – Smooth and fine papers that can be used as
intermediate papers, bond papers, notebooks and project making.
wrappings, wallpaper posters and office beautifications and designs for different
events.

LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS

Proposed location for this project will be located at Km. 24 Nagkabo, Bunawan, Davao City. The
location in Bunawan is an ideal place to conduct and produce the said papers by the fact that it
is still spacious and convenient in terms of allocations of the said materials used to make the
paper. The existing market that will be out potential competitors are as follows:

- The Paper Tree located in Poblacion District, Davao City

- Star Paper Corporation located in R. Castillo, Davao City
- AJCB Enterprise located in Buhangin, Davao City

FUNDING REQUIREMENTS AND SOURCE OF FUNDS

As previously discussed, the source of financing necessary for the start-up of the

business operation will be coming from the capitalist partner. The maximum amount of

the initial capital will be based from the maximum amount the costs related to the
production and as well as for the establishment of the business. Supposedly, the

determined project cost is 4,924,995. However, the set amount of capital is raised to

10,000,000 due to the principle of conservatism.
