Source description:

 Provides both U.S. salary surveys as well as global total compensation measurement
surveys.
 U.S. salary surveys cover roles including: Executive and senior management, broad-based
management, non-exempt/hourly, high-demand IT, new graduate, variable compensation,
salary increase survey, and sales compensation.
 Global Total Compensation Measurement® (TCM) provides global rewards data covering
more than 25,000 jobs across more than 180 countries.

Source description:
